Love this Starbucks!! The manager John is very respectful. Whenever Starbucks in Nipomo by miners hardware messes up my drink I... usually come to this one my drinks are always made right and if they?re not they remake them without being rude! Maybe themanager should go train the people in Nipomo Starbucks they can?t seem to make a drink right let alone heat up a simplechocolate croissant! Read more

On a busy and starving morning , went through the drive through and ordered a parfait and was not even given a spoon. Had to... park, get out and on enquiry be told the only thing they had were forks and the shipment hadn?t come in. Please teach your managers customer service stays "on" until closing time. Im outside after placing my order thru the app and... the person in the cashier (most likely manager) is saying that it's closed/no more, yet my money was taken and the app sayslocation is still open. Read more

One register open and the line is to the door. It took almost 20 minutes to order a freaking sandwich. I'm waiting around and... everyone is getting their orders before me. I ask what's going on. I am informed that nobody put my sandwich in the oven. Thislocation is an absolute joke. In all, it took about 30 minutes to get one sandwich. Read more

I don?t even feel right giving this location 1 star. Customer service should be a priority and it is not here at this location.... Either management or the corporate needs to re-evaluate their employees customer service. Employees here need to realize that ifthey don?t have the patients to serve/wait on the public then they need to chose another profession that doesn?t require thequalities they lack. A customer should NEVER have an experience where they have to decide they don?t want to come back. Read more
