We are new to the area from the Central Valley and found the Arroyo Grande Urbane Cafe one day looking for lunch. What we... experienced was not only amazing food and value but the employees are truly top notch! We have brought all our friends as theycome to visit us and they too have been excited about the food. Shout out to Roxy, she has even remembered our names! We feellike family, not just another customer. Next time you are looking for a different place to eat, pay them a visit, you won?t bedisappointed! We suggest the Santa Maria BBQ sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised about Urbane Cafe. I like Panera Bread and other healthy options but they are kinda like "eh",... healthy fast food. I found Urbane to be flavorful and hearty, definitely a great choice for on the go and healthy, by and large,options. Read more
It was actually much better than I had expected. Not that I was expecting anything bad. I had the salmon salad. It was very... good with a variety of "stuff" in it. I hung out with my son and a bunch of his business partners/friends outside on thepatio. It was good. In the words of the Terminator, "I'll be back". Read more
Wow. Someone recommended I try this place. I had never heard of it and right down the street (welcome to the neighborhood). It... was during lunch and super packed so not sure if always this busy. However, when the food came the Ahi Tuna was amazing. Freshingredients and lots of little touches that made the salad blend into a great lunch. I normally don?t eat a lot of bread? Andthe little roll that came out with it was soft and delicious. Will try to come again off hours and try a rice bowl next time.Great start. Read more
