This was our first visit. As soon as we enter the restaurant we were greeted very nicely by the owner Safat. It was kind of late... so we asked for his recommendation. We had the masala dosa, mutton them biryani, and Chettinad Pepper Chicken - MASALA. Thefoods were served very aesthetically, the waiters were very nice, and most importantly the taste was on point. I highlyrecommend this place. Read more
Fish fry is good here - those are pomfret fish. And chicken dum and button dum biryani are good here. These are the usual meal I... do take when I make to this location. Also I like uttapam and sambar are good too. I have tried tender coconut payasam, it wasmore like a drink. Dint felt so much like payasam. Cauliflower fry is also good. Read more

This place went from 100 to 0 in no time like all other Indian restaurants. Ordered mutton biriyani, it tasted ok, the mutton... pieces were very few I mean like 3 may be. And the rice was all broken into pieces. Shrimp biriyani was about average. Do not goto this place with high hopes to eat some good food. It's just another sub par Indian restaurant. Read more
This is one of a good restaurants to be in Artesia. Our whole experience is so far good except that one time we had to wait for... long as they mixed up our order with another table. I would love to give 5star but couple of things we found can be improved isthe garlic naan which was very hard and crispy instead of being soft so not recommended, also in the soup we did not wanted eggbut they anyway put it, customisation is not an option I think. Malabar Paratha was really good and also special AnjapparChicken Masala and Chettinad Chicken Masala as well. On the starter AJP fried chicken full is really good The staff are friendlyand they explained everything patiently which is good. Read more
Anjappar Chettinad is one of the good restaurant in Artesia for authentic south Indian food. Taste and flavors are awesome. I... have tried Veg biryani, Kurma paratha, uttapam and dosa, which I like a lot. Expect some delay after ordering the food, as perthem its time taken to cook fresh food. Service is good and staff is amicable. Have limited parking space. Read more
