We were a group of 8...When we arrived we were shocked to see that there was a line of about 10 customers ahead of us. We were... like ughhh! Is this ice cream that good??? We're like we're here let's try it out. Less then 10 minutes, it was out turn toorder. The young lady was very pleasant and I informed her that we had a large group. She's like I got this...what would youlike? We gave her our orders and her and her coworker immediately went to work and started handling us our order within 1minutes. I was impressed with the customer service, the time they took to prepare our order, and most of all the sweetness andexcellent service that they provided. The ice cream was deliciously creamy and flavor was on point. Will definitely be back formore and if you're in the mood for great ice cream you should definitely stop by. Made an online order and it was such an easy process, and so worth it! When we arrived tgere was a long line, but there was a... separate window for online order pickup! That was awesome and made it so much easier, the employees are super friendly and theypulled it out of a freezer ready to go! Thank you all for the delicious shakes and banana split ???? Best Ice Cream ever! They make their own ice cream. If you have dietary issues(lactose intolerance, allergies) don't worry... anymore. Its not filled with all the extra sugar like other spots. Lots of flavors to choice from and special flavors of themonth. They even have vegan ice cream. Stop by and check them out in Artesia, CA but my fav spot is Cypress, CA. Enjoy! Read more

We stopped by to grab a cone after a meal. The ice cream itself was very delicious. Creamy and full of flavor. I chose to get a... small waffle cone with two scoops of ice cream. One of cotton candy, & the other new York cheesecake. The cotton candy had tinylittle candies in it, they were interesting at first but then after a few of them you get a waxy taste and it's not verypleasant. Ended up spitting out most of them. The new York cheesecake had 0 chunks of cheesecake if that's what you were lookingfor. Just pieces of crust that felt like soft sugary grit, not really the crust you'd expect. So the ice cream itself wasdelicious, just not the add ins. Read more
Visited here for the first time last night and loved it. They have so many unique flavors and delicious choices. And the staff... was very friendly and happy to explain what the different flavors were. I ended up choosing two scoops - one of Graham Canyonand the other Triple Chocolate Oreo. The Graham Canyon was even better than I had expected - so delicious. As much as I loveOreos the Triple Chocolate Oreo was a bit much for me - just too rich and to many chocolate flavors to be able to really enjoyany of them. But I can see how some people would love it. What's great is there are still so many flavors to try when I returnand anyone should be able to find several they will love. Besides the flavors, the consistency of the ice cream is PERFECT. It'snice and creamy and not too hard but also not drippy like Coldstone always is. Really good ice cream and service. They have a lot of flavors to choose from and ways to eat it. I stuck with two scoops, one... rocky road and one mocha almond fudge. I don?t know if their ?thing? is home made or super premium style ice cream but it wasvery creamy, rich and delicious. The one draw back was the lack of almonds in my scoops. Don?t know if I got unlucky or if theydon?t put enough in, but I really didn?t notice until the end so I guess the ice cream was enough to distract my attention.There were four of us and we each tried something different and no one was disappointed. Service was really great too. Verypatient with all of our questions and made great suggestions. Will be back. Read more
First time here, the ice cream was very Good, smooth and creamy and tasty. My daughter and her husband and my grand daughter... goes here a lot. They told me to try the ice cream, I did and I was very satisfied. I will return. Read more
