I'm not happy. I ORDERED 2 for $6 DOUBLE SAUSAGE with NO EGG. I get to work and there is EGG on my croissants and bacon and one... sausage on BOTH sandwiches. My order should have been checked before being given to. If ppl can't do their jobs, they need notwork in this field. I don't live in that area so it's an inconvenience to return and after attempting to call the store, it saysthe lowjack customer is unavailable or something to that effect. The worst costumer service I saw ever in fast food restaurants. Cashier Ricardo was racist and arrogant in his attitude. Also... his manager Jose was Without personality and can't make any decision. Evening shift employees are some of the laziest employees on the planet. On several occassions I ordered a shake. I was either... told they sold out or the machine was broken. Tonight I go there and placed my order. I ask for a shke with my order and wastold to pay at the window. I thought okay I guess I'm getting a shake tonight. There were several cars ahead of me so it tookawhile to get to the window. When I reached the window it was then that he told me the shake machine was broken. I was furious.Why wasn't I told that when I was placing the order. I could have left instead of waiting 20 minutes in line. I will never go tothat store again. Read more
Took 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Two order takers. They literally ignored us. No greeting. No customer service unless... you were leaving. No patty in my cheeseburger, no apology, no nothing. Requested money back. Retraining is definitely needed byeveryone. Read more
This BK served me the best looking Whopper I?ve ever had. They usually don?t look like they do on the pictures the chain... publishes, but the Whopper I got at this location lived up to the promo pictures. Can?t wait to go back and get anotherpicture-perfect Whopper & other sandwiches. Read more
