This location is notorious for not delivering curbside in an appropriate amount of time. Today is another one of those days. I... waited 20 minutes, and still no delivery. I called twice with no answer. I had my dog so I could not walk in. I went through thedrive through where I was told that they had just completed my order. I placed my order 20 minutes ahead of pickup time. Thatmeans they took 40 minutes to complete my order? I find that difficult to believe. The drinks were all incorrect as well! Did not took pictures but I'm sure I'm not the only one with this complain. Employees friendly and why not. The food very... poorly arranged/ packed, spend more than $50 in one bag I got from top to bottom... Big tray w 16pc chicken (the heaviestitem) Then... 3 containers of sides and the salsas For some reason in the bottom they put my burrito The chicken opened in theway home because it was leaning to the side The beans spill The burrito soak in beans juice My son said: see mom Chick-fil-Awas a better option, this mess wouldn't happen ???? Horrible service and management, if I could zero stars. I did an online order, and they put my al carte chicken breast with one... of my meals and the chicken. Was burned, mostly bones and small, than I called ahead to add salsa avocado and an extra bag, itwasn't in there, thank God I checked before the girl left. (Curbside) also tried calling 8x and no answer, finally someoneanswers, young female manager and doesn't apologize at all, doesn't tell me anything but that I can come in an exchange thechicken, Im don't live in the area I was going to another job for the day and picked up there. 1st time here n I didn't get my drink cuz I was rushed and my tacos looked very skimpy. I would not kum back here again
Ordered a double chicken tostada and this is what I got. Barely any chicken and no avocado. I also ordered a pollo bowl combo... and didn't get the chips. Make sure you check your food before leaving. Read more
