The service is terrible and slow. The servers had me waiting in the nearly empty store for almost TWENTY minutes for one drink.... Not to mention the order was wrong. The server reluctantly refunded me but would not let me keep the drink. The least he couldhave did was let me keep my messed up order considering the amount of time i had already wasted coming there PLUS he was justgoing to end up throwing the drink away. Read more
Third time service is really slow. Order ahead on the app then head over. Typically a 10 - 15min drive. Then, waiting an... additional 20mins to get the drink. What?s the point of ordering online ahead with a pick up time if the service is slow? Thenumbers that came after mine got their drinks before me. Probably won?t be coming to this location anymore. The drinks are stillgood but the ridiculous wait times is not convenient. Edit: Just as I posted this review, of course I see my order and it?salready made wrong. Not going to wait for the remake. This place has great Azai bowls. I've only tried the original. It's a little on the expensive side but taste fantastic. I'm not... really a fan of boba, however the blueberry lemonade is pretty good. Boba free of course. Read more

Got the Peach Lychee tea and my friend and I shared a popcorn chicken. The tea was great and it had pieces of lychee and also I... think oranges? Lol. Boba was awesome though, nice and chewy without being mushy. The popcorn chicken came undercooked and whenI asked if they could heat it up a bit more, they were so courteous and understanding. They came back with the chicken cookedthoroughly as well as a free drink coupon on them. I thought this was a very nice sentiment and the situation was professionallyhandled. They're ok. They're changing the menu and drinks and not posting on the menus or anything. Going downhill by being like every... other boba place now with too much stuff in one drink. It's ok to have regular drinks and the over the top stuff but not justover the top. The get drinks wrong often and the taste of drinks are getting sugary. I wish it was how it used to be. Read more
