The restaurant is pleasant and customer service is excellent. The food was very well seasoned and full of flavour but all the... vegetable curries were swimming in oil, which made the food slightly disgusting. If they would significantly reduce the use ofoil, everything would be excellent. Read more

The price was very decent considering the portions I was served in the Thali. I ordered the Gujarati Thali. The flavors were... amazing, there were so many items in the Thali, including rice, bread, different types of daal and curries, pickles, raita, papad, dessert, etc. Everything was very well prepared and very authentic. It was a great experience ???? Read more

Another great Indian cuisine restaurant in Artesia. We had a lunch here where we ordered vada pav, samosa for starters and... gujrati thali for main course. Absolutely great authentic Indian taste. Every thing they served was tasty. Even the Lassi weordered in the end. It's a 20 odd table restaurant with corner location in a square. A must visit for Indian food lovers ???????? ???????? This is a sweet little restaurant, with a bit a a bistro like feel. The service was great. They were super nice. The prices seem... fair. The food was good. The portions are a bit small, but that?s inflation for you. Lol ???? Over all, if you are in the area, pop in for a quick bite. Read more

The service was good. When we entered they had opened 30 minutes before. The cook time was reasonable- it wasn?t brought out too... soon(like it was pre frozen), but it also didn?t take too long. The food was enjoyable. We ordered each person their own plateand one for the table. Portions are a little small so you might have to buy more than one thing. The bathroom was okay, therewas no mirror. Overall a good experience. Read more

If you happen to be in the neighborhood of Artesia and in the mood for some vegetarian Indian food, this restaurant would not... disappoint you. The food is very flavorful, and portion sizes are reasonable. The main dishes are great, but pair them with somesides (Indian street food snacks) and you will be in for a full treat. All that flavor and variety of food gets overshadowed bythe behavior of the employees who don?t care for your business at all. They are rude, and unwilling to give you any informationabout food. I love coming to Jay Bharat when I crave Indian food. They have delicious Masala Dosa's and Idli Sambar. I also stock up on... many of the frozen curries and other foods they have so I'm stocked up for at least a month. The Mango Lassi is graet, as areall of their sweets. Read more
