The worst. I placed an order through the Papa John's app. Received an email notification that my order would arrive in... approximately 31 minutes. On the app I selected the option to pay cash. I had enough cash on me to coverage the cost and providea tip. 30 minutes after submitting my order, I received a phone call from an employee stating that their drivers are "notcarrying any cash" and I could not pay with cash. I told the employee that I did not require change and could just give thedelivery driver the cash I had. The employee repeated to me the same thing and stated that they could not take the cash and Ihad to pay with a card. RIDICULOUS! I ain't falling for that one. How dumb is that! Lame Papa John's in Artesia! So I did whatany other pizza loving American would do and took my business to Domino's! They have a way better app anyways. ???? Read more

We order from here quite often. We explain every thing we want on our Hawaiian Chicken pizza. We explain it is never cooked... quite long enough because it just falls apart when you pick It. Each time we go through the ingredients and explain they needjust to cook it a little longer. It shows up the same way each time. Plus we have to heat up every piece in the microwave. Onmore than a few occasions it comes very late from the time we are told on the phone. This time the same thing happened and werefused the pizza after 90 mins late. We called at 6:00-it?s now 7:30 on just a regular week night. Won?t be ordering fromthem Any longer. Read more
I never wrote a bad review. But Papa John's Artesia is the worst pizza place I ever ordered from. They are so unprofessional.... The workers are ignorant and not even qualified to work in retail. I placed an order that never got delivered. When I tried tocall I ket getting transfered and hung up on. Then the store closed. I was left hanging and hungry. I called the next day andnobody answered my call. I kept getting the recording. And when someone finally answered they hung up on me. I called again andwent through all the recording's and finally got a person to talk to and she transfered me back to the recording. What waste oftime and energy. This place is bad. I don't know what else to say but don't waste your time or don't order pizza here. Theywon't deliver it and they won't answer their phone. Worst service ever. Read more
Horrible service charged me but didn?t even take my order. Had to go in person to be refunded. Just list a good customer:/
I waited an hour for any sort of confirmation or notice that my delivery order was completed. Their answering service redirected... me to robots eight different times and never transferred me to an actual person. I was about to head out to the store in personwhen I noticed the pizza at my door. There was no knock. No one rang the doorbell. I am probably done ordering Papa John'sforever, at least through delivery. Read more
Ordered two large ones at 17:45 and the order was not ready at 18:52. Around 10 customers were waiting outside of the store to... pick up their pizza... I went about 18:08 and the lady told me it will be ready in 5 min, so I just standing outside and wait...I asked the lady when the pizza will be ready 3 times and she always said 5 min. Several of us canceled the orders. Bad serviceand the lady kept telling us wrong information. Do not order from it. Read more
Papa John's hires nice people. I rarely had someone who's rude. To me customer service is the best part of it.
