My 2nd time their very friendly and fast service I will be back again.
It's early afternoon I came to pick up a mobile order and went straight to the counter label "pick up". An employee name EMAN... stood right in front of me without any greetings, glance at me and continue to do his batista work. He seems busy. The otherstaff were also busy. New staff walk in to clock in for work and with a sarcastic tone I can hear EMAN say "hi welcome toStarbucks" at her. This guy is definitely having a bad day. It's not until about almost 5min later I notice the ready drinks areat the other side of the counter all this time with no sign at all. No one greeted me or directed me. Amazing customer service, all the way up the chain of command. Had a less than perfect experience on Monday morning at opening... time. By 3pm, the same day, the regional manager "Ashley" called me to apologize and try and make things right. + She added 10$to my Starbucks card for my troubles.. I was instructed to speak to the store manager JC and he was really cool. He Informedthat the employee was reprimanded and it would never happen again, and that I could have whatever I want on the house. (Eventhough, I told him, that I was given credit by his regional manager on my Starbucks card, he said "keep that for next time thatyou actually need it") do not be afraid to let them know of any errors, issues or problem employees, you can't even taste thespit! ???????????? I was so happy when they opened this store because it's close and convenient to my home. I've been to this store many times. I... even added the app to my phone because of this store. When I first started using the app (I'm not much of an app user) I wouldplace my order as I was driving to the location and I'd wait knowing that my order was just placed. After so long I startedplacing my order while at home so that I don't have to wait and can get to work on time. The last few times that I placed myorder I've allowed 15 minutes to go and pick up my drinks but each time my drink is not ready. I don't mind waiting however whenI have to get to work at a certain time it's not fair that I place my order 15 minutes before get to the store and my drinkisn't even ready. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location because they continue to do this more often than not. Read more
This is the worst Starbucks I?ve been to. Waited more than 10 mins to take my order and all for nothing. They were out of... pumpkin bread, I was trying to purchase a reusable water bottle and they were trying to sell me a crushed one. And to top it offno change. I walked out after 20 mins of being in there. They were so unprofessional. They didn?t bother to attend thecustomers. Read more
The closest one near me. They are normally busy which is good for Starbucks but means waiting time is pretty long sometimes. I... always try to do the mobile order whenever possible. Baristas are friendly & so far always make my iced caramel macchiatoperfect to my liking. Its always clean, never messy. Read more
This place is normally decently busy but I have never had an issue with my drink being made on time and well. I work in the area... and use the app to order my drinks. By the time I spend the 4 minutes walking here my drink is always ready. Read more
Great service but the music is so loud you can't even hear your own thoughts. It is like this no matter when I come in.
