The Punjab is set to give an at home atmosphere. It is spacious and cleanly. The workers are super friendly. My husband and I... tasted what is the best lamb curry we have eaten. It has such an authentic taste with delicious herbs and spices. My personalfavorite is the chili and garlic naan ???????? spectacular. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Read more
We ordered two combo meals with chhole, shahi paneer, mixed vegetables and pakora kadhi. The combo meals were good, quantity... could have been more! Cold coffee was good but sweet lassi was just okay, nothing extra-ordinary. The eggplant dish was toooily, the naans and the aloo tikki chaat were good. The biggest disappointment was the mindless usage of plastic cutlery andstyrofoam boxes. We have just one planet and wish people (the restaurant owners and us in general) were more mindful towards thepollution and try our best to reduce waste. Great service. The owner is extremely nice and so is his son. It is a very clean restaurant and they give great quantity size... too. The food was perfect, if I could give more stars I would. The Punjab Restaurant has an amazing vibe, is ambient and has an awesome punjabi hip hop music playlist. The food is good and... definitely feels home cooked. One way to tell that their food is pure is when you do not feel that undying thirst after sometime. We ordered chana batura and poori chana. Both poori and batura were good , not heavy at all, the chana masala was amazingas well. We got pickled onions ( sirzke wala pyaaz ) and it just added to overall flavor. We also ordered cold coffee with milkand it just tasted like the ones we get in Punjab ( street food lovers would be able to relate ). The restaurant seemed familyrun and the staff was cordial. This place has one of the best tasting Indian food ! They serve it fresh and right off the press. You can see the heat coming... off of the food and that adds enormous taste! The naan is simply perfect and goes with all the dishes. I recommend the Malaikofta here. Read more
