Is this the same store in the late seventies, ? We used to order huge boxes of your cheese. Gary Beard, Do you still sell by... bulk? And if so do you still sell baby caraway Swiss. I have never found it in any other place. That tasted so good. At onetime, we came to your store, to meet you and see your store. It was so great, you all treated us so absolutely wonderful. Wefelt so blessed, because you all knew us from all our huge bulks of cheese. I'm in Arizonia now, and wondered if you sell outof state. Used to live in Denny street in Indiapolis, In. Cute little deli / market in Aurther, IL. Homemade cheese, bread, jellies, flavored butters and more. Purchased a ham & swiss... on croissant roll (which was very good and good portions for meat & cheese). They also serve hand dipped ice cream, but I didn'tget any this trip. This is a delicious bakery with amazing pastry, and a good selection of jam and cheese.
Great place to eat and shop! Excellent service, with friendly staff. Really good food from biscuits & gravy, to a variety of... hot sandwiches, soups, and daily specials. Save room for dessert, and ask for a carmeleta (personal favorite). Don't forget totake home some cinnamon rolls (baked fresh daily). Great little shop with an excellent selection of baked goods.. homemade breads, pies, rolls, etc. They also have a wide variety... of cheeses to die for. Be warned. It will be hard to pick just a few to take home. You will want to try everything. When donebuying your goodies, you can shop at all of the other shops located along the street.
