It's Subway...if you've been to one, you've been to them all. What makes a particular chain store different is their service... and condition of the store, and this one (Arthur, IL) is nice. The ladies in the afternoon were great and the store was wellkept and clean. Read more
Please get a drive thru!!! I would probably come through more often, but not having a drive thru means taking the kids out of... the car seats every time. The service is usually fast and the employees appear happy to be there. Read more
Subway food is great ,just have them change there gloves when they touch other things and then they try and make sandwiches... again with those gloves Read more
Was here at 8 30 P.M. and there was only 1 employee working which was not good but the employee that was there ( I didn't get... her name ) did a wonderful job working very quickly and keeping a calm air.. our sandwiches were great Read more
Googled the business and it says open till 11pm. And when we arrived after our game in town at 9:25. The lady working said we... have no bread and she also stated that they close at 10pm. So update your information please and you should he able to servepeople up till close!! Read more
Absolutely the worse experience ever!!! Went to subway this evening with the family about 6pm. The lady taking the order was... extremely rude! I have had crappy service before but this is the topping on the cake!! After the game my daughter wanted to takea sandwich home so unfortunately no other places open so went to subway and once again this lady was just as rude! Subway isquick and easy for us during the week bcuz of school activities with the kids. My family and I will NEVER go back in as long asthis lady is an employee there! There were other families in there that could not believe how rude this lady was. Never again! Read more
