Food was very good and inexpensive (hats off to the kitchen team). The restaurant was cold and had a weird pressure issue... whenever the doors were opened to the outside causing our ears to hurt. Our waitress had no time for us whatsoever. She didn'tonce ask us if we needed anything else or if our food was okay. It was some of the worst service we have experienced. I wouldgive this restaurant another chance but will likely turn and leave if we go in and see the same waitress working. We went in ona Friday at 2:00 and it was busy at first so we thought it was why the service was terrible but by the time we left it waspretty empty and the service was just as bad. All around a bad experience. Ordered wings. Asked for flats (as many as possible) got 7 drums and 1 flat. Wasn't told about... the lack of blue cheese either until they arrived. Sent back. The person with me also ordered wings fire & ice (hot & sweet) Got wings covered in honey. No hot sauce. PASS BY DO NOT GO HERE. Read more

The service is great, and we didn't have to wait long. The BBQ Backribs were a bit charred and was very dry. The fries were hard... as rock, and dry as bone. The salad was not crunchy but good. The Just Wings were outstanding. I do recommend changing thefaucet to a automatic instead of manual. Read more

We had to find somewhere to eat after boating with our kids. On the drive to the restaurant I looked up the reviews and wasn't... exactly excited to go. But we needed to get food. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The restaurant was pretty busy and we wereopen to really anything except eating outside. We started out at one of the taller tables and we had the kids on our laps. Notlong after we sat down the waitress came and asked us if a table came free would we like to switch tables so the kids could sitin the baby chairs they had provided us. We got our drinks and a little while later we were moved to a lower table so our kidsdidn't have to sit on our laps. We didn't have to wait a long time for our food and when it came it was hot and delicious. Ourwaitress and food was great! The womens bathroom could use some repairs but with all the bad reviews that would have turned usoff even going there if we had other options, I am glad we went and I hope they can keep up the great work! DO NOT EAT HERE. My husband and I was driving back home from visiting our son in Georgian College and we decided to stop at... Chuck?s Roadhouse for lunch. I should have trusted the bad review but decided to give the restaurant a try. There were so manysigns that it was going to be BAD. 1. The waitress seated us at a table that was not cleaned, I saw crumbs and oily stains onthe table. 2. The washroom was dirty, smelled, and the toilet seat was unstable. 3. We ordered their ? large famous Cesar salad? and I saw the waitress use her hand to wipe the dust off the small plates. WE SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT THAN. 4. We ordered steakbut was overcooked. Stopped in and excited to try this location as we love the one in Grand Bend. Boy was I wrong. I decided to try one of the... ?Chucks Favourite Chicken Parmesan Pasta.? It took a really long time to get our food but it was busy. Our food finally arrivedand I was starving after 4 hours of our road trip. The chicken was dry, cheese was like rubber but I ate it as I was so hungry.The pasta and sauce was inedible. The pasta was hard and the sauce tasted like a tin of tomato soup. I tried several times toget the servers attention and not once did we get checked in on. She finally cleared our plates, to which mine was barelytouched except for half the chicken. I told her it was not very good and I couldn?t eat it as the chicken was over cooked andpasta was undercooked. I was still hungry and decided it wasn?t worth ordering and waiting for anything else. Surprised we stillwere charged for my entree despite the fact I returned most of it and had complained (which I?ve never done before anywhere.)Next time we will stop at Pita Pit instead! Read more

Time to chuck Chuck?s into the garbage bin where it belongs - that is, if you care about service or decent food, both of which... this establishment struggles to provide. Why? We were forgotten by the ?servers? both before and after ordering; they alsoforgot the Caesar salad (no apology offered), and everything we ordered was poor to middling. The full rack of ribs were overcooked (50% charcoal), fries, chicken and wings all very average. Even after having to remind them of our existence, no serverever came to check up on us.
