Wow, this place used to be good but has really gone down hill. We we're really hoping that the service and food quality would be... better than our last visit. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. The service was terrible, (maybe staffing issues) food took overan hour and out of 5 plates only 1 of them was decent enough to eat and correct to order. Thankfully the beer was cold and thedrink order and appetizers were correct. I would definitely recommend NOT wasting your time or money at this establishment. TacoBell would have been a better selection this evening. ???? Would really like to see this place ran like it was a few years ago. Read more
Sat at the table for an hour and a half. Saw my waitress one time, not an exaggeration. She walked by several times and never... even looked in my direction. My friend joined me and sat there for a half hour without even being acknowledged and never gotanything to drink. We had to leave money on the table and head somewhere else. I've had bad service before and i usually dealwith it because i understand how busy servers can get but, this was ridiculous. If you ever get the heavier set waitress withthe green hair, go somewhere else. WORST. SERVICE. EVER. Read more
We’ve frequented BWW for years, been to this location about 4 times in the past few months and the last 2 times were terrible.... I ordered tenders today after ordering the same thing I do every time I was told I can only have 1 sauce like, I don’t care,charge me for another? Forgot to give me boyfriend 6 of his wings. Gave my son overcooked inedible tenders while mine were fine,I had to share mine with him. (I tried his, hard to chew) The previous time it took 15 min to get silverware after getting ourfood so the food was already cold. Took 30 min. To get guacamole that was ordered on a burger so by the time that came it wascold too and that waitress had an attitude. The ONLY reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because of Ryan! He was ourwaiter the first 2 times and he was on top of everything and so kind! He even recognizes us and pops in to see how we’redoing. You need more Ryan’s! He’s the only one doing stuff right. This was probably the worst experience we've had at Buffalo Wild Wings by far! We arrive there around 9:10pm and the parking lot... was pretty empty. We go inside and get seated right away. Our waitress was the lady with the teal color hair. She took our drinkorder brought our drinks then took our food order. We then proceeded to wait about 45 mins for our food! I finally realized thatour food was taking forever so we decided to ask and at that moment our food came out. Our wings were cold and our fries werecold which led me to believe our food had been sitting there for a while. So you mean to tell me after waiting forever for ourfood we now have cold food!? Then to top it off our waitress never came to ask us for refills on our drinks not once! For thatplace being so dead tonight after 9pm I don't understand why our food took so long. Read more
This place has gone down hill, their service use to be great. Their food great. But now I regret of even of thinking of coming... here. We went there this last weekend and first for drinks their soda machine was down. I had a beer and it was flat. We order asampler and some of the items they didn't have available, we asked if we could substitute it for a different item like theironion rings since they didn't have none, we aaked if we could get some potato wedges. The waiter said no. I asked really??? thenI asked then can we get more of one of the items you have available from sampler tray like more mozzarella sticks or something.The waiter said I'll have to ask my manager which we think he didn't even asked. We wanted to leave but my nephew was hungry andirritated. We just stay for him to get his wings and we will find another place ourselves. We order 6 wings for my nephew and totie us up for some chips and salsa. The wings came with the wrong sauce and our chips and salsa never came. Really a bad placeto come. Our waitress was a hero! They were clearly understaffed, and they got one of our orders wrong. However, My salad was delicious.... One of our dishes, the chipotle bbq, came with a powdered dry dressing. We were expecting a dip. Our waitress fixed that rightaway. Our margaritas were small and light, but we had a great conversation. All things considered I can only take one starbecause the good was really good. Read more
Headed to this BW3 for Sunday Football. The place was super packed and the staff did an excellent job waiting on the large... crowd with limited people.. we had the appetizer sampler and chicken nachos which were served quickly and efficiently. I wouldrecommend watching football here as it's a fun atmosphere and allows you to make some new friends. Was a fun place to watch myhometown Lions lose again. ???? if i could give 0 stars i would because this service was horrendous. the whole time the workers were chit chatting instead of... doing their job. the table aside from us was even upset because of how awful the service was. we waited over an hour to receiveour food and when we got it, it was as cold as an ice box and inedible. they gave us more wings than we asked for (which isnice) but they were old and put a whole bottle of sauce on them. we would’ve gotten our food way later than we did, if wedidn’t have to say something. i’m surprised this place is still in business considering how atrocious the service is. if icould tell everyone in the world to not come to this disgusting restaurant, i would, so they don’t have to waste their moneylike we did. please learn how to properly run a business because you guys don’t. bad service deserves no tip. never comingback to this establishment.
