Update: 33 minutes from walking into the restaurant to getting my food. So many people waiting for Grubhub or Door Dash... orders. Always good food, but they have to figure out their drive thru and parking problems. People honking and getting outand fighting trying to pull in to the drive thru and waiting inside for 25 minutes to place an order. I rarely go here anymorebecause it is always a disaster. They have a new express drive thru experience. I didn't feel that it was marked clearly because I didn't notice it was mobile... orders only. I got in the line and had to back out. So beware of this new feature! I went inside instead and the food wasdelicious as always. Read more
I have never been to a chick fil a that doesn?t function like a well oiled machine till I moved near this one. I?ve done... curbside and drive through and neither have been smooth. My orders are constantly wrong when I receive them. That?s after areally long wait even when there appears to be no line. I gave up on the curb side because the whole drive-through line would gothrough plus other people in the curbside would get their orders even after pulling in after me. I?ve never had an order wrongChick-fil-A until I started coming to this one. I waited quite a while to write this review but nothing seems to get better. Read more
Stopped to get a breakfast biscuit and could not order in line because they only accept on line orders. So I had to sit in the... drive thru line for 5 minutes to not get ANYTHING. What a sad way to treat customers. The manager was nice but not niceenough. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CHICK FIL A EVER AGAIN FOR ANY MEAL. Read more
They never delivery on time. They are always late, we ordered while getting ready to go out depending on the time they gave us... and now we're going to be late for an event. I also have ordered and picked up in the past and had to wait about 40 minutes. Sodon't order these 2 ways if in a hurry. Just got order 30 minutes late! Read more
Went through the drive thru at what appeared to be peak hour and nearly turned around with the amount of cars. However, they... have staff that come to your car and take your order, all very friendly and efficient. Got my food quick and my sandwich hadvery fresh produce and was delicious. Do recommend! Read more
