The service was absolutely awful!!!! I was there at 8pm on 8/12. Walked in and the guy at the counter Jamon/Jamen smacked his... spoons on the counter as if he wanted us to hurry up when we just walked in. I asked the girl Ella politely if I could try thePeep ice cream and she rolled her eyes at me. They were down right rude. I have ordered two cakes from this location in the last month and both have been horrible. Each cake has been nothing but a slab... of plain ice cream with cake that is maybe an inch thick. The icing was gummy like it was old. So disappointing! I have beenordering cakes from this location for years! I received an email from the manager and he basically brushed me off. Ice cream is too expensive and they were light on the toppings. So light that there was barely a taste past the vanilla ice... cream Three people working here and the tables are all filthy. We had to sit outside due to no clean tables inside. No cleantables outside either and sidewalk is filthy. While we sat here for about a 1/2 hour they had two additional customers. Theymade no efforts to clean tables. Even saw one of the workers sitting up on the counter talking to friend/customer while otheremployee standing in back eating ice cream. Sad.
