Tried to come at 9 when it says they open. Me and five other people walked away because not only were they not open by 9:15,... there wasn?t even anyone there. Either change get your business hours or open when it says you will open. Read more

Terrible customer service. I arrived as a delivery driver. The young man behind the counter was too busy on the phone having a... regular conversation to barely acknowledge me when I walked in. Took his sweet, sweet time preparing the order. Then once who Iassumed was the owner walked in, he put a little pep in his step. Then he told me that the order was complicated and that's whyit took him so long. A teenager could manager this task very easily. Maybe he should find something more simple to do. Alsodidn't acknowledge the other two men who entered. No wonder why no one was there. Read more

Called the shop and instead of being helped with my question I got ?we?re busy? and hung up on immediately. Doors were locked... when I got there. Doesn?t matter how busy you are that?s not an excuse for poor costumer service. I?ve done management for manyfast pace food related jobs and have never just shut out costumers because I didn?t wanna help them. You are there to do a jobyou don?t get to just pick and choose who you help during business hours just because you wanna be lazy about it. Easily the best smoothie place I?ve found! Their menu is huge and everything tastes so fresh. Their smoothies are worlds... different from other chains that use sugary mixes that separate or tastes fake. I especially love that they have a wholeseparate menu dedicated to dairy free smoothies, which aren?t always available at smoothie places. All the ingredients arelisted clearly on their menus and there is something for everyone. Everything I?ve ever tried here has been fantastic and Iliterally can not get smoothies anywhere else now!
