The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice but that was the best part of the experience. I ordered the NY Strip and eggs,... side of home fries and a side of biscuits and gravy. Food took a bit longer than expected but finally came out. Presentation waswhat was expected except I did not receive a NY strip steak, what was on the plate was a mountain of home fries, 2 small overmedium eggs, a 4 bites of beef, certainly not a steak and not worth the $17 menu price. The first plate of biscuits and gravywas cold, the waitress graciously took the plate back and served up a fresh plate that was hot. By the time the replacementplate came out I was done with the 4 bites of steak and eggs. The gravy wasnt anything great, it was basically tasteless, i hadto add a lot of salt and pepper to balance out the blandness. I certainly had high hopes for this place but was let down. Now,if you like home fries, this is your place, the potatoes dominated the plate, definitely an over generous portion. On top ofthat the bill included a "livable wage" fee. So I was charged for the food, I'm paying the employees wages, and I'm expected toleave a generous tip too? Sorry, but I won't be back. Not sorry. Two stars because the staff was nice at least.... Great experience. This business's goal is to employ as many people as they can by making sure everything is hand prepped. Food... was good but to go where everyone is glad to have a job a provide service with a smile is wonderful compared to the averagerestaurant that has difficulty finding and retaining employees that understand customer service. Hard working staff. Did everything as fast as they could but didn't rush so they were able to ensure accurate service as well as... efficient. My burger was awesome. Highly recommend the lemon drop martini with deep eddy. ???? Read more
The food was tasty, I also ordered a caramel macchiato to go with the sandwich. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. Service... was good :) It ended up being more expensive than I was hoping for ???? The sandwich came with a horseradish I didn't like orwant at all. The place was out of lots of items, so maybe I just missed the people, but it felt a little lonely. Read more
We found Jack's by searching for restaurants with gf options. It was outstanding. The service, the food, the quality, the... options- seriously the best. And after reading about their mission of including those with different abilities, we're fans forlife. What a treasure! Every place should be like this! Read more
Lunch with my Dad was great. A bit crowded for lunch on a Saturday but we found a place at the bar. Good food and atmosphere.
We enjoyed our experience here for brunch. Very well priced food and great atmosphere. Loved the mission of the place to help... out those with disabilities and provide them with jobs/opportunities. The coffee menu is very good and I had a solid café aulait. Definitely get a coffee here. Really enjoyed the ?home fries? which was potato wedges. Definitely like the healthy sideof things. The NY steak tasted good, but unfortunately came out cool/cold. Definitely a great place to eat at. Read more
First time to Jack's. The young lady who seated us and served our drinks and food was very good and a sweetheart to take care of... us. We had two different kinds of sliders and they were both great. Will diffently go back as the service and food was great Read more
