Avoid this KFC at all costs! I went through the drive-thru at 7:30pm and ordered the 6pc. Nashville hot chicken tenders meal. I... waited in the line for 30 minutes before I got my food. No apology was given for the wait and there is no excuse for howhorrible the food I received was. The food was cold by the time I got it and then got home. As for the quality and overall stateof the food it was as if they had taken the basket out of the fryer and then turned the entire contents(tenders, burnt mysterybits and oil) out directly in the to-go container. The tenders were swimming in about an 1/8" of oil. At least a 1/4 cup of oilhad leaked out into the bag. They left out the 2nd biscuit as well. I was surprised that KFC had a Fish basket on their menu, and the fish is Cod! It was fairly tasty for fast food. Nit too... greasy, but pricey for 3 pieces, fries and Cole slaw. While I was waiting for my order, in the front if the store, there was averbal altercation between employees. It was concerning because one employee had their child with them, in the car watching andhearing her father using profanity. I'm glad it dissipated quickly and I got to eat my food. Read more
Husband tried to be nice and get dinner for everyone, thinking he was lucky that he was the only one in the drive thru.. well 50... dollars later come home with this sad excuse of a meal. Got a whole 16 piece WITH ONE BREAST and the rest these what I can bestdescribe as chicken balls? Nothing but a bucket of chicken bones. It went great with my half filled Mashed potatoes that fromwhat I can taste have been sitting in a pan since this morning. Wash it all down with what I think used to be gravy? after ordering going home take a bite get a plastic tab from a bag in the bite of chicken. when we brought back to bring to mgmt... attn. we were first treated rudely by one of there chicken jockeys we were then treated very rudely by mgr. and i mean bypointing out my parkinsons we were then treated like we were scamming and our complaint went ignored. and after laughing at usthe coward hid in his store after he thought it was cute to laugh. if you like to be treated poorly and like plastic in yourfood then this is the place for you Read more
Excellent fried chicken! I live 25 miles away, and while visiting Arvada, I picked up a bucket of original recipe, all dark... meat. What a pleasant surprise. Large pieces, freshly made, crispy not mushy, and super tasty. Friendly staff and fast service. I wish they could provide training to the other KFC locations. For some reason apparently they ran out of the ability to give change, wether dollars or coins. Messed up the order and claimed... they were "out of any more". Trash customer service and location. The picture is of what they tried to call their Nashville hot,barely any sauce no pickels etc... save your time and money and go to the one on federal. Read more
Hot mess! Friendly staff but incompetent. Good location that's easy to get to going south on Wadsworth. Going North on Wads you... can 1) turn beforehand at 77th and then turn right after Natural Grocers, 2) TRY and make a left at Chick-fil-a without a lightor 3) go to 80th and turn left to go the Target way. Big inside. Wheelchair ramp and ample space between tables but bathroomdoors would be cumbersome. I didn't use the restroom but washed my hands, looked clean at the sink and the water gets hot whichisn't common in public restrooms so I appreciated that. I have lived near this KFC for 20ish years. As long as I can remember.I've never been! On a whim we decided to check it out on the way home from school. 3:50pm - I hit the drive thru. I ordered aK5 which is supposed to be a leg & thigh, a biscuit, mashed potatoes & gravy and a cookie. All for $5 seemed like an awesomedeal! I also ordered a plain bun and an extra biscuit for my kid to try. They informed me it would be 17min until they hadbiscuits ready. So we pulled around and came inside to wait. The inside of this place is much larger than I expected. Not a soulhere. Their ice cream machine seems to be long-term out of service so just root beer minus the float. In my opinion A&W rootbeer is only good as a float. 4:10 - We get our order. It was in a to-go bag in the dining room. I noticed that all dining roomorders were given in to-go bags, not just ours. Strange. I passed my kid a couple biscuits while I went to wash my hands. Therewere 3 biscuits and no bun but I didn't try and fix it because it turns out he liked the biscuit. Maybe they just substitutedanother biscuit for the plain bun? I didn't realize they were uncooked until he was halfway through the biscuit. It was dough.Like raw. Went in there on July 11 and ordered nearly 60$ worth of food. Paid with my card th order was wrong and literally missing the... whole box of biscuits. I have proof of charge for that day and proof on my phone that I called them. I went in today to have itreplaced after they said that they would and they wouldn't do it because they don't have a book like they told me with my namein it. Such bs. When I ordered it was a time where I was going thru a lot and had just lost my child and I know what they toldme. Wonder how I find out who owns them so I can make some phone calls. Read more
