I've come to this store twice this month trying to get a cake for my son's birthday. The first time I wanted it personalized but... the staff didn't know how to go about that and the managers were in a "meeting" in the middle of a regular working day, sonobody could help. Second time, I just wanted a regular cake for the week after. After going over the selection and talking withthe staff again, it turned out he couldn't confirm if they were going to make the cake I wanted that week, I picked a second onewhich they had available at the time, but it would be too old for my son's birthday next week, and they told me they again werenot sure what they were baking that weekend. Finally he reached out to another person and she flat out told him they were notbaking the two different cakes from their selection that weekend. He ended up telling me to show up again Sunday to see whatthey had available. Seriously, it was not even a personalized cake the second visit, it was one from your menu and you couldn'tconfirm I could pick it up a few days later! That's not how you run a business, first you need to train your staff better,second, if you have it on your menu and I'm asking for it days in advance, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to make it. Thesaddest part is I used to like this place a lot, but with the service they gave me this past two times I doubt I'll be comingagain. Read more
Great place next to Target near Wadsworth. Double Espresso and Mocha were very good. Salted caramel whatchamacallit in the photo... was the BOMB! I sampled numerous small cookies, good as well. A couple of tables outside too. Try this place, you?ll like it. Read more
I would have given five stars but I'm absolutely devastated the salted caramel eclair has been discontinued. They were like "oh!... something delicious that people love and we sell tons of, let's get rid of it". I don't understand that type of businessdecision. Read more
La Patisserie Française did our wedding cake and cupcakes for our wedding this August. The cake was simply beautiful and... delicious. The cupcakes were equally good. We ordered bride and groom themed chocolate covered strawberries for our wedding reception, and they turned out absolutely... stunning. All of our guests enjoyed them and they were a perfect little dessert - something unique instead of a traditionalwedding cake. Shelby, Lynn, Sadie and Camilla were all easy to work with and we were provided with exceptional customer service.I would highly recommend supporting this wonderful small business. Read more
We had our ceremony cake included in our elopement package with custom weddings of Colorado! It was absolutely amazing! the most... delicious fun and beautiful cakes, I say fun because we had specifically asked for a cake that had blue colouring on the inside,we were warned about the colouring of teeth and tongues and went with it anyway! lol it actually did neither of those things butit did make for GORGEOUS photos! I know they were hesitant in completing that request but honestly we are so thankful they did!Thank you for the delicious dessert and memorable moment! Read more
Stopped here for a quick treat after a Target run. Shared an almond croissant, cheese danish and chocolate eclair with my... husband. All three items were delicious! If you like overly sweet, sticky danish, this is not what you are looking for. Thecheese danish was delicately flavored and enjoyable if you (like me) prefer your pastries less sweet. The croissant was light,buttery and so wonderfully flakey! I only wish it had contained more almond filling. The eclair was perfect. The chocolatefilling was my favorite part but the choux pastry was also amazing. Read more
Best pastry shop in Denver i grew up in Arvada and this was my favorite spot to get sweet treats. I drove by and it was still... here i stopped in and it's the same tastey treats and great customer service the girls working where so sweet and great helpgive them a raise.
