{edit below} I heard that the McRib is back, so I just had to have one. I ordered two online, and the app said that the store I... was going to had them available. Also, my son ordered one for pickup. When we received our orders, I didn?t check the bagsbecause it was 18 degrees outside and didn?t want to lose the heat in the bags. We?d driven there 6 miles through 3 freshlyfallen inches of snow (but hey - the McRib is worth it). Imagine my horror when I got home and found 3 Spicy Crispy Chickensandwiches instead of 3 McRibs! Yes, they were good, but not what I ordered and made a 30 minute trip for. EDIT: I went backtoday after calling and speaking to ?Jada? the manager. She called the 58th St store and verified that they had McRibsavailable. She had them give me the 3 free McRibs! We ordered several other items and it all came out great! Read more
I try to avoid this place at all costs during the day/evening. You will encounter some of the most clueless poorly trained staff... accompanied by equally as rude manager on duty. There is only a handful of people here who are genuinely nice and make thisplace bearable since it is so convenient and really close. Additionally I shouldn?t have to go back in line and spend 30 minutesthrough the drive thru in total for fries that should have went with my meal. BFFR. Read more
Don't use inside only drive through. At least if you make someone wait 30 min inside make their order correct. Got a plain 1/4... pounder plain that came with everything on it. DO NOT ORDER INSIDE! Read more
McDonald's is known for having the best tasting soda from the fountain machine... however this specific McDonald's (and I go... there a few times since it is closest to my house) has one of the worse fountain drink machine. Their soda tastes too carbon-yand is always filled up with way too much foam. I have to wait for it to settle and fill up some more. I'm now just ordering asandwich from them and getting my drink elsewhere. Read more
We come here on Saturday & Sunday morning, to grab some quick breakfast because my wife has work. They have some really nice... staff, but they are constantly out of certain items. Makes it a bit frustrating, but what can you do. It's a fast food place??????? Read more
I ordered three things and waited 15 minutes. I was in a rush so I placed a mobile order. I got there and it wasn't ready like... it was supposed to be. after that, the staff were talking about calling the police on me because "I could shoot up the store". Sadly I live by here and frequent possibly the worst ran McDonalds in the state, doesn?t matter what time of day, be expected to... be asked to pull over and they will deliver your food in 10 minutes. Read more
