If you ever want food, I'd suggest skipping this location. Seriously horrible customer service. Walked in 6:09 pm. Placed... order, receipt says went through at 6:15 pm. Ordered a slushy drink, coffee and 3 pack of cookies. 10 min later, see people whoordered behind us getting food. Slushy is sitting behind counter now juice and ice are separated, coffee next with lid half offand cookies no where in sight. Tried to ask employee for help as she walked by but completely ignored me, asked for help inEnglish and Spanish just in case that was the issue. Nada. 5 min later we ask for a refund and employee said they were too busyto help. Bailed on inside staff. Waited another 10 min in drive through and asked for refund from car with now screamingchildren. Food would be junk by then, if they even ever made the cookies. Manager comes out and tells us the employee saidthey've been calling us. I told her maybe while we've been in line in drive thru not when we were inside and she basically toldme I was incorrect and the employee was telling the truth. I asked if that's their policy here, that employees are always right.She closed the window on me. A few minutes later handed me my money with out apology. I let her know a sorry goes a long way andshe's super classy for closing the window on people when they are talking. Whoever owns this restaurant should take a betterlook at management, attitudes are the worst. You can be busy and polite. There are two McD's 5 min drive from here. Do notattempt this one. Waited at curbside for 40 minutes!! Every single time I come here my order is wrong, this time was no different! Waited 40... minutes at ?curbside? had to then go inside and wait for my order just for it to be wrong?saw cars come and go through drivethru while myself and two others cars sat at curbside and the same two people were waiting inside..I?ve wasted so much timewaiting and lost so much money because they get the order wrong?I check before I leave now so I at least get what I paid fornow?and still after a good wait they get the order incorrect? I worked in fast food I understand stuff happens but when ithappens all the time?restaff and stop promoting people who can?t be shift leads/managers? Read more

I suspect a crew of elementary student could run the establishment better. I was parked waiting in the parking lot for 30 mins,... the girl running orders brings a bag and asks if this my order, I tell he yes but it's missing 2 items. She then proceeded tohand it to the other 6 or 7 customers waiting and asked them if it was theirs. I try to have my patience when getting fast foodas I worked in food for 9 years. But after speaking with the manager all she had to say was, did you get your order? I proceededto say yes, she replied "sorry" with a shrug. And after all of that. Still missing an item. Thanks crew for the absolute trashservice. A big extra thanks to the brain dead manager. Great Job guys. Read more

Friendly staff when they finally came to take our order. Then it took them about 15 minutes to get me two drinks and some... cookies that were already cooked and sitting in the little display case. Also not sure why they packed the cup so full of icethat it was more ice than tea when I specified no ice... Corporate should definitely put more of an emphasis on in store ordersinstead of timing drive through service and pushing faster service there to the point where in person customers are ignored. Very bad management. Our hashbrowns were cold and old. Took them to the window, gave us supposedly fresh ones. Opens the bag.... They double fried them. ???? Gross! My husband got our money back. McDonald's needs to get better ? It has sucked forever ???? Read more

Got a large meal, and got screwed with the fries. Got a large container with no fries in it at all. Dang I know product cost has... been tough lately, but that's how you go out of business... weak Read more

This McDonald's is worthless. NEVER gets an order right but its the only one near my house. Last time, they forgot my fries with... the $9 meal I paid for. This time...I ordered the SPICEY crispy sandwich....got the regular. Thank God I had left over RaisingCanes sauce to rescue this bland sandwich. They need a total employee overhaul including the manager. Read more

Less than zero stars. ?? First we tried the door because we wanted to eat inside. Unfortunately the doors were locked and it was... drive-through only. It would?ve been nice to know if their sign had been on the outside door so that I wouldn?t have to take mychild out of the car seat. Few words can say how awful our experience was using the drive-thru at this horrible restaurant. Wepaid for our food in a normal fashion and then pulled up to the window. We were given the drinks in record time. Then they slidthis greasy bag and two happy meal boxes through the window. As soon as I tasted one of the fries I immediately stated that wewanted fresh fries. Then a young lady told us to wait on the side and they would bring us out fresh fries. I also mentioned thatthere was no ketchup in the bag and that they had forgotten the dipping sauce for my child?s nuggets. All of which I was toldthey would bring out to me. My husband and family waited in the van with me for several minutes and some guy came out withoutanything in his hands. This man appeared to be A manager. He said that he was not going to give us fries because ?I know thatthey were fresh?. He said that he saw them going into the bag and that he knew that they were fresh. I then began to tell himthat I am 43 years old and I know what fresh McDonald?s fries taste like. I started to say that perhaps the oil might be old andthat we need ketchup and ranch when he decided to start walking away while arguing that the fries were fresh. Then I asked himfor his name and he said I?m not giving you my name. He is a white male around 5?8 And I would guess he was in his 30s. What ajerk!! So now I have a toddler with no ranch sauce and 3 containers of inedible fries. I Will NEVER come back to this location.Please McDonalds hire better people and recognize that when you lose customers, you lose money. To think that this man is amanager astounds me.
