For a $13 sandwich there should be more than a few specs of chicken. Completely ridiculous.
I asked for where my order was and they just left it there getting cold instead of walking 2 ft to find it. Then the manager... chewed out the cashier instead of apologizing. The manager was the one who didn't bother looking. This at least the 3rd timein a row that ive had such bad service. Numerous other customers orders were wrong or late. Read more
Food taste good and is usually warm however the portion sizes are super small. A bowl of soup for 9$ should a bowl full of soup... not a few bites. Got a sandwich as well and it was no bigger than my fist. Very disappointed in the portion sizes. Read more
We have not been inside to eat at this location for quite a long time, and I am glad we did tonight. Luke, the cashier and was... the most respectful and helpful young man I have come across in a very, very long time. It seems the importance of customerservice has become a thing of the past, but certainly not in this case. Read more
Went to this location after a long day at work to feed my 3 kids and my elderly mother. When I got home we notimy mom?s salad... was missing. The manager Melissa was RUDE and argued about refunding the salad. Made me drive all the way back for nothingexcept a refund on the food I never got. Got home only to realize one of my kid?s food was also missing. This is all after, as Iwas leaving the window in the first place I asked the guy, are you SURE this is everything and he said, yep! Seriously some ofthe worst customer service. It?s not about making mistakes, it?s about how you fix them and Melissa and her team are terribleand correcting THEIR mistakes. Read more
5/29/22: tuna salad sandwich still sublime. I don't know how they got their hands on a good tomato but they did. I could... actually taste real tomato. 10/26/21: This place is always so calm and quiet even with people in it. Very pleasant. They wereout of my favorite tuna salad sandwich today. That's never happened before. Had to get the chicken salad which is good butthey're skimpy on the chicken salad. It's cold so I'll eat the warm chicken frontega sandwich first and take the chicken saladhome. (There are always hundreds of tiny chicken giblet cuttings on the frontega sandwich. I get them all over me and all overthe table. Wonder why they are there every time?) At least they had my green passion papaya tea today. The dispenser was almostempty but there was enough for a large cup. Great food. Nice kids. Great food as usual. This time I had a grilled cheesesandwich with cream of tomato soup. It was fabulous. A cheerful place staffed by polite young people, but the food is mediocre at best. The "souffle" (see photo) was dry and... lukewarm and consisted mostly of crust. We had to return to the counter to pick up a croissant that we ordered because the staffforgot to include it. The coffee, at least, was decent. Read more
