First off, we ordered stuffed crust pizza not realizing the WHOLE pizza was stuffed & not just the crust was stuffed. So, the... pepperoni was hidden inside. Also, didn't get garlic butter dippng sauce. Tried calling many, many times both to order the pizza& then to call to figure out why my pepperoni was missing but every time I called the system automatically hung up when thephone was answered. I drove all the way back to find out the pepperoni was on the inside. The pizza was awful & the garlicdipping sauce was awful. Avoid! $10 Tuesdays isn't worth it! Read more

If I could give this place minus five stars I would. Almost every single time I call to order a pizza no one answers the phone... it just rings and rings. I have called 13 times in the last 30 minutes. The pizza is usually pretty good. They almost alwaysforget to put the extra olives on my pizza though which is frustrating. I wish they would open another papa Murphy?s in Arvadathat was actually run by responsible people or maybe get some employees who actually care about providing good customer serviceat this location and could bother to take the two minutes to answer my call because their online ordering app won?t take my ebt.I am severely disappointed with this location. We have been going to this location for 7+ years. It used to be great regarding manager, employees, customer service and... quality. Unfortunately I can no longer say any of those things. The employees are rude. The quality of the product has decreaseddramatically. The stuffed pizzas are thin and the toppings seem more of an afterthought. Cheese on any pizza is maybe 70% ofwhat it should be. Unless you order a stuffed pizza all the crust is the thin crust. I know inflation etc effects bottom line,increase price and give patrons a quality product that they won't regret spending their hard earned, equally stretched thin,money on. I'm sure it doesn't matter to this establishment, but we will be going to a different location, hopeful of a betterexperience. Read more

Its so easy to tell if someone is screwing up when you order 2 of the same pizza because one vege pizza was over 50g(yes I have... a kitchen scale)light compared to the other. Same problem last week and the week before so this week I called for a refund andregional supervisor Ally totally made the situation worse by not listening to the issue and not taking responsibility for aPIZZA that was made badly! Overall quality had become an issue at this location and with argumentative managers like Aly im notsure if its going to improve. Read more

I'm a long time (meaning more then 20 years) fan and customer of Papa Murphy's in general. For that reason, and even though... prices have at least doubled during that time, I'm still giving 3 stars. That said, there is a common problem that needsaddressing. That is employee attitude towards their customers. My latest experience at this store was not pleasant. It startedwith a phone call. I asked what the days special was. With a somewhat sharp response I was given the name but not the details.So I asked what that special involved. Again, sharply, the young man gave the info. The entire conversation had a "you shouldknow this" attitude from the employee. Finally, he informed me he was having a hard time hearing me. This is okay, it happens. Iexplained that I was close by and could just come in to order. Without anything of response I was hung up on. About 5 min laterI entered the shop to make an order. As I entered, employees began barking instructions at me. I started deciding andexplaining what I would like but again, buy a young woman this time, I was treated like I should have this menu memorized and Iwas wasting their time. Even during payment she couldn't bother to allow me time to get my wallet from my pocket beforedemanding to know how I intended to pay. After all this, I waited for my order and watched as 1 by 1 customers entered, whereberated in the same way, and were given very little help even if they were obviously having trouble following the employeesdemand like instructions. Look, I absolutely argue that these types of employees are under paid and under appreciated. However,this is not something customers can do much about and it's not their faults. Also, this is 1 of the busiest days off the year.Still, this attitude is common in this store if not exclusive. Hard to miss part of a round pizza missing when you get home...not folded under, just a straight cut across. Guess everyone is... trying to downsize their products, but charge the same price. Read more

Not a fan I'll be driving back to the one on 80th and Wadsworth, since they always provide better customer service and my phone... numbers work for my rewards there. I didn't appreciate how rude the clerk was nor did she offer me any sides like she did theother customers before and after me, guest I wasn't good enough to buy any more food. The lady in black jacket seemed unsanitarymaking pizza, her coat was a little nasty for my taste, they honestly should be wearing plastic aprons since they wear glovesalong with hair nets to be honest. But who am I to speak just a customer who was offended by the rude manner I was treated whilespending my earnings to by dinner to feed my family. Guess you get what you pay for... Read more

The best TAKE AND BAKE pizza around. There's a large selection of ingredients and reasonably priced specials. Great salads, too.... The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's NOT a pizzeria. That said, the best take and bake around. We go several timesa month... Read more
