I normally love this place...Like really, really... I am usually here on lunch at least 2x a week... I had an order delivered... on Monday.. I ordered the Impossible burger as I am vegan. I was given a beef patty in my meal. With a Impossible sticker on iteven.. I thought okay, mistakes are made.. Then today, I ordered again with the same results... I def think that they needsomeone checking the food a little better... The manager, when I called told me to "enjoy" my food... Incrediblyunprofessional. An offer to give monies back would have been a great start!... Update. As I stated I love this place and beingvegan, options aren't that great in this area of town. I ordered another "impossible" burger. An AGAIN...... I was given a BEEFburger. This location has no regard for health complications, on top of the BEEF patty, they didn't even get the rest of myorder right.. Unbelievable!! I will never be back.. I understand I'm only one person. I just hope others read this and look atyour food at this restaurant. You very well may not be getting what you have ordered. Read more

I am gluten-free so cannot order on the app or even straight off the menu without speaking to someone. They don’t answer their... phone so I have to drive there and go in and talk to someone and then wait instead or ordering ahead for pickup. Then there isno gluten free menu or anything to tell you there is a $2.19 charge for a gluten free bun. Sigh Read more

Pros: (1) Fast service (Saturday @ 11 am) Cons: (1) A little bit stingy with the fire at first, but perhaps they don’t start... cooking fries until exactly 11 am, so they didn’t have many ready Otherwise, basically the expected Red Robin service Read more

First time to try Red Robin. Had dinner after a fun time in Water World. The server is funny. The burgers and salad are good.... Cocktails are cheap and very sweet. It was fun. Not sure if I will come back though. Nothing special. Read more

I ordered curbside to go and got the whiskey river BBQ chicken wrap and extra fries. When I got my meal the wrap was destroyed.... It wasn’t a wrap. The tortilla was a disaster and the insides were everywhere. There was absolutely no care or attention takentowards making this wrap. On top of it, the fries were cold and soggy (probably from the bbq that leaked out because of theunwrapped chicken wrap) It was by far the worst experience I have had at Red Robin and it is quite disappointing. I love RedRobin but I don’t think I’m going to deal with this store anymore. Especially for curbside. Read more

Great fast service, friendly staff. Food was good and fresh.

Party of 11 accommodated. We had a nice family dinner after a rough day. Food was good, as usual. The staff was friendly, good... customer service. The place was busy so it took some extra time for everything… a couple messed up order but it was allquickly fixed. We will return. Read more

Celiac Safe! Excellent service tonight from Michelle. She was very knowledgeable of allergens and how to properly document my... gluten free needs. The food was delicious and marked with purple skewer/flags including the fries (referred to as “allergyfries” lol). Red Robin also offers a specific digital allergen menu where you can indicate the allergy and see what menuitems are safe and with what substitutions.
