Order was late. They had no ice in their fountain machine. The soda coming out tasted bad like no syrup. Workers had a bad... attitude about swapping out for bottled drinks. I?ll go to another location from now on even if its farther to avoid the poorservice at this one. Read more
This is an edit of a formerly positive review. This location always seems to have problems. For starters there seems to be only... one employee present at a time. With lines going almost out the door. This one employee has to do everything, more or less. Atother locations there are usually two or more on duty. Also the Ice Machine seems to have been broken for quite some time, withseemingly no plans for it being fixed for quite a while. Overall this location seems to have been in disarray for quite sometime. Read more
I brought in coupon that I just received two days ago. I had a steak and cheese meal. The coupon was invalid. This has happened... twice to me. In the past used your coupons and never had a problem. Why send out coupons that do not work. Will not visit asubway again. Read more
Not open when they are supposed to be, stopped by at 7, and again at 830, no one around.
Ordered online, BC802E23-EF was my order number on 3/15 @ 5:54. Was told my order would be ready by 6:15. I showed up when the... app said it was ready...@ 6:15...and when I did, I was told, "sorry, there was a long line, and I have to do them in order". What's the point of ordering online for convenience, if that is the service received? Waited an extra 15 minutes and the orderwas incorrect when I got it home. 1 person working. I won't be returning. Every time I have came to this subway my food has been great, but this time today march 8th 2021 at 515 pm I had a very bad... experience the guy that was working was preoccupied and was not paying attention to what he was doing. He burnt my sandwitch hehad it in the oven for about 5 minutes and when he was done putting the toppings on he just rolled my sandwitch up with outcutting it. Needles to say I will not go there again if he is there. Read more
Located in a small plaza off of the East side of Wadsworth is where you'll find this shop. Also in this plaza is a pizza place,... a Jimmy John's and Verlo mattresses among other shops. The person who helped me today wore Bold and has pretty blue eyes and acongenital nevus. The food is healthy for the most part and made to order how we all know who are able to get there. Read more
I feel bad for the frontline staff here as they're clearly working under poor management/ownership. Ice machine broken for a... long time, no change for cash, they don't order proper quantities of food as on Sundays they are out or are very low oningredients. Ordered a double meat , double cheese and it most definitely was not. Go to Jimmy Johns across the lot or find abetter managed subway elsewhere. Read more
