I rarely ever order subway but every time I get subway I get the coolest dude in the whole store who?s always making my sandwich... with such precision and craftsmanship, watching something cool on the tv, recommending good sandwiches, and always randomlyfilling my brain up with knowledge. This subway does not offer gluten free bread so this will deter us from coming since only half family can eat here. Also, they... were under staffed, only two people working with a large line and online orders coming in. They did work very hard and were veryfriendly. Only other complaint is that the person doing fly he toppings also did the register and did not change his gloves inbetween. Please offer a gluten free bread!! Read more
Usually I love this location but really not happy today the way they delt with things. I had a wrap with banana peppers and... there is a very particular taste when something has gone bad and this was the case. I told the employees and they offered to donothing and didn't get ride of the other banana peppers which they should have. Not only will I probably get sick because mystomach is very sensitive but now others will too now really not cool! Read more
Steven is the best sandwich artist in the world as far as I'm concerned. He was so meticulous about putting them together! He... also had things exceptionally clean and provided outstanding customer service. I definitely didn't go in expecting such awonderful experience at a Subway, but I can honestly say I had one here. This location is very busy during the lunchtime rush, however I have always had a great experience with the dinnertime crew.... They are younger and way more personable as they aren't as rushed during the night. Really love this location, when I worked inthe area I ate at this Subway nearly every shift. Read more
I was in this Subway 11/1 at approximately 5:20p. 3 people were working and not 1 acknowledged me. Finally a kid looked up and... said you ready, I replied yes. 1) He didn?t change his gloves before making my sandwich. Long story short, I had to tell thekid 3 times that I wanted steak and cheese, and he still asked me what meat? His trainer told him again and I said I don?t wantit toasted. He put the steak on top of the cheese and I asked his trainer if I could have it warmed up. She said yes he?s goingto toast it. I said, I don?t want it toasted. The trainer got mad and told me, if I knew how it goes it would be nice to saysomething. Meanwhile, she?s putting the cheese on the surface, number 2. I stopped her and said never mind, he didn?t change hisgloves and now you?re putting the cheese on the surface. As I was walking out she continued to run her mouth and I told her tostop talking. She invited me to leave a review, so here I am. I don?t like Subway enough to put up with that, ?making it my fault? that the kid didn?t pay attention to my request.
