There?s a young girl with purple hair working there. If Taco Bell could properly train their employees to treat their customers... with some decency, that would be great. She not only messed up our order and forgot an item, we decided to wait back in thedrive through line again and let her know. She gave us an annoyed smirk, rolled her eyes, and gave us the item. While most visits to this TB are disappointing, this visit was exceptionally so. Walk in to order with a few cars in the... drive-thru lane and order dinner for my family. An hour later (with multiple asks on status), I received my food. Which wasincorrect. The ineptitude of management down to employees was mind blowing. From having line employees leaving thir station andengaging with family while the orders are backing up to the manager locking us in because she couldn't handle the rush. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My family and i ordered on the app 45 minutes before they closed. We arrived 5 minutes later to pick it up... and there were about 8 cars in the drive through. We got in line and waited for 20 minutes before the line moved AT ALL! Thenanother five minutes passed, and another. We didn't get to the speaker until 5 minutes after close and their system is down.Orders were cancelled. Safe to say we will now be coming back to this location.
