There?s a young girl with purple hair working there. If Taco Bell could properly train their employees to treat their customers... with some decency, that would be great. She not only messed up our order and forgot an item, we decided to wait back in thedrive through line again and let her know. She gave us an annoyed smirk, rolled her eyes, and gave us the item. While most visits to this TB are disappointing, this visit was exceptionally so. Walk in to order with a few cars in the... drive-thru lane and order dinner for my family. An hour later (with multiple asks on status), I received my food. Which wasincorrect. The ineptitude of management down to employees was mind blowing. From having line employees leaving thir station andengaging with family while the orders are backing up to the manager locking us in because she couldn't handle the rush. Thefranchisee needs to massively reevaluate the staffing at this location, and try to repair their already tarnished reputation. Read more
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My family and i ordered on the app 45 minutes before they closed. We arrived 5 minutes later to pick it up... and there were about 8 cars in the drive through. We got in line and waited for 20 minutes before the line moved AT ALL! Thenanother five minutes passed, and another. We didn't get to the speaker until 5 minutes after close and their system is down.Orders were cancelled. Safe to say we will now be coming back to this location. Needed to pick up my order which I paid for online. Their lobby was closed so I had to wait in the drive-thru. Which is fine,... everyone is understaffed. I ended up waiting for about 15 minutes. When I get to the speaker and tell them my name and order,there is no order. My app says the order is ready and at this location. I was on my way to work so I couldn't wait any longer. Ihad to just leave without any food. I asked for a refund later and I did receive it. It's just very frustrating to pay for anorder, be told it's ready, and then not exist. This took most of my lunch break so I was unable to eat anything before goingback to work. Oh well. Lesson learned. I probably won't go back unless I'm desperate. I definitely will not be ordering onlineif I do. I am sorry for their lack of employees and hope they get more help soon. Read more
We drive a bit further out of our way to go to this Taco Bell rather than the ones by our house as they never have a long wait... and the burritos are actually filled full. There's never a long wait and the staff is friendly. Special shout out to CJ whowas so kind while we waited for our taco pack and switched my drink out that I didn't like. It's getting old getting louzy food prep from Taco Bell. We placed an order for 6 people. The two tacos were a soggy mess. We... ordered 3 spicy Burrito Supremes and yet none had the green sauce. I worked at Taco Bell as a teen. People loved my BurritoSupremes. Key word Supreme. They are supposed to be the largest burrito. Ordered online so my (deaf) mom could pick up the order that we placed to pick up in store. Went to the store and the front... doors were locked, went through the drive through told them the name for the order, they said to pull forward when we got to thewindow they said they had lost my order.
