I'm not sure where to begin. The environment was good and the staff was very friendly. The food was not worthy of the high... prices. I've had much better and more tender steak at a chain steakhouse. There were five of us in our party and the restaurantwas not very crowded so it should not have been difficult to keep the orders straight. Someone mixed up two of the orders byswitching the side and the steaks. Instead of putting the already-cooked steak on a fresh plate with a "new" spoonful of mashedpotatoes, the staff (kitchen, serving, runners?) opted to start over and cook another steak for the 5th member of our party sothat meal was then delivered when the rest of us were almost finished with our meals. How embarrassing! I understand thatmistakes happen, but this could have been handled better. Although the staff apologized profusely, no one offered to comp that"missing" dinner or offer any discount for the inconvenience. I had an above five star experience at the Butchery! From the first phone call, to inquire about the use of the large dining... room for a party, to the moment we left. As I said we had a large party for an anniversary dinner for my parents, Karen met withus and basically sold us on the spot!! Her kindness and knowledge was amazing and effortless. On the night of the party Liz andDevon (our servers) were extremely helpful, patient and attentive. The food was amazing, everything was top notch and delicious.Overall they gave us a night to remember. I will happily recommend this beautiful restaurant to everyone I know! Read more

My first visit here was great. My waitress was kind and very helpful. I got the lamb and my fiance got the steak trio and both... dishes tasted delicious. We both ordered medium rare and they were cooked perfectly. Their red sangria was also good. We tooktheir ahi tuna nachos to go so perhaps it wasn't as good because of that - we may try it on site next time. Otherwise, greatfood and great experience. Read more

I have had dinner here a total of one time- amazing. I’ve been to happy hour a total of can’t count on two hands -... outstanding. Truly these people will run their buns off for you. The cocktails are impeccable and that’s coming from a personin love with the speakeasy vibe. If you want the most killer drinks - order the smoked old fashioned or bee’s knees. I’vereally enjoyed them all though, truly. Not skimpy pours of wine either. Come for Vern’s personality and bartending skillage-he’s a great guy! Also the Brussels sprouts, bacon wrapped dates, bison sliders, fries (omg every flavor ofcheesecake)…it’s all top. Yes the bill is going to be high but it’s inflation (get with the program, meat is now a luxury,as is everything else). I love the bar area, patio and vibe here. Truly - my favorite!!! This place was really delightful to eat at. I came here with my parents for their anniversary. All of the food is really... delicious as well as the wait staff is very friendly. The ambiance of the restaurant is higher class dining with a twist on somewhiskey drinks and tasteful cocktails. This is a great place to dine. I would give this place five stars if when we had an issuewith our drinks the manager wouldn't have argued with us. She kept pushing and pushing that we were wrong about the drinks, whenshe should have just let it go and remade them. I also cannot give this restaurant five stars because I did notice there is alot of dust on the high beams of the restaurant and the paint is running into the Wood high beams as well. All in all the foodis really good I highly recommend dining here based upon the food alone. Read more

The Butchery is absolutely a top notch restaurant. The filet mignon was the best steak dinner I have ever had in my life. Topped... with their house made bearnaise sauce and accompanied by the creamed spinach, it was absolutely the most incredible meal I haveever had. Others at my table enjoyed the salmon, with sides of asparagus and zucchini - both of which were also thoroughlyimpressed! The scotch flights also fantastic!
