Drive through wait was way too long. It?s seems your drive through person can only take one order at a time and help one car a a... time. The persons making the food can?t seem to remember if they had all the food in the bag. I have to check the bag every timenow to see if it?s correct. I?ve stopped using this store. It?s a complete waste of time. I use the Independence location orCandelas location. Either get this store some help or close it. It?s quite sad. Read more
Lobby was supposed to open at 7. Employees wouldnt unlock door or acknowledge that people were waiting. In delivery van that... wouldnt fit in drive thru. Drove around the building and the employees were standing outside the back door bs-ing with oneanother... Glad you guys are hiring at up to 17.50 an hour to not open your doors... Read more
I don't know how to rate this because I'm more concerned for the person who is going to be mentioned in this but I went to this... Wendy's and there is a worker there who identified as a female had cuts up and her arm that where clearly self injured and washandling food for customers. You could clearly see it was self harm and im seriously concerned for there staff. Read more
Great Wendy?s! The lady at the register is hilarious and it definitely made my day! I love it how she asked ?do you have time to... eat with us today?? It was such a different approach to the boring ?for here or Togo? that it really made me laugh! I sat toeat, and every single person that ordered food was surprised by her question and was smiling afterwards. Couldn?t find anythingwrong with this location. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. Sandwich had blond hair in it (pictured). Customer servace was DREADFUL. Filthy kitchen... with staff more focused on flirting and chastising customers then providing a fraction of an equivalent to the shard of meththat half of them seem to be smoking in the kitchen (except the fat ?manager? she was high on a power trip not meth? clearly.Staff mocked me and didn?t provide any dignity or respect for the people who are over-paying for the disgusting food. I wascharged over $20 for two sandwiches and two small chilies and they got 50% of the order wrong. When I came all the way back tothe drive-through from my house after finding the hair in my food they refused to fix the incorrect order. Apparently the girlworking there tonight is the ?general manager? and she said her name is Tori? however she would not provide me with a receiptfor the food so I?m fairly sure that she was lying. They forgot to give me my double cheeseburger I ordered as a part of my meal when I went through the drive through. I got all... the way home before realizing it and drove all the way back to politely inform them. No apology, a lady came out and accused meof lying but they did make me the burger. Not a big fan of being called a liar, not worth the hassle, would not recommend. Read more
I used to really enjoy Wendy's.... That's been ruined by my local store. I keep giving them a chance, like a devious partner,... just to be let down once again.. The last time it took over 30 mins from entering the door to having my order in hand... Theonly person in front of me made a funny remark and stormed out. The time before, i used the drive thru.
