We received a credit for an order that was messed up last week, which one of our party members already posted pictures of and... reviewed, and had a horrible in store experience. I had a 30 minute phone call with the GM on 10/10 where I was promised $115 incredit to be used in store, when I arrived today he did not credit me for the parts of the order ?not messed up? (just oneportion of our 5 portion meal), bringing our credit down to around $80. The GM working only included changes to the order whenthe man I was with repeated what I said. In the end we only received $91 of food refunded. However, the woman working thecounter, Alexis, was extremely helpful. She was very kind even though the GM continually spoke over her. Ordered a $113 order, half my wings came without sauce. We were missing our sauces. Our fries were thrown in a bag. I called... the night manager (whoever was working Saturday, Oct. 8, night at 11:45pm, for the district manager?s information). She offeredme a $40 credit, which we DID NOT RECEIVE yet. She said we had to use it up within a week, which is fine, but more than half ofour order was messed up and we never were offered over $40 in compensation. The night manager was super condescending on thephone, calling me ?hon.? All I?m saying is, if someone is going to do their job, do it right in the first place if you don?twant me to call. Read more
Got a 30 piece order of boneless wings and was really disappointed. Most of the pieces were nuggets and bite sized. Too small... for the price. And the fries, way too much salt. Got my daily max in a few fries. Lastly, I ordered for pickup at 4:45 and I wasright on time. I think my order sat there for at least 10 minutes before I got there. Warm nuggets and cold fries. I ordered online. Waited til 5min before the estimated time to go in. When i got in there they had just started lowering all the... wings n stuff in. Mind you this was 20min from when i ordered. They told me itd be another 15min.. went in at 15min. They saidanother 10min. Ive been to a few other locations multiple times and never had this happen. Also i ordered carrots. They gave me4. Third time is the charm and after three times to this place, there is nothing charming about it. Wings are dry and the service... is terrible. They tell you it?s a 15-20 min wait and it?s more like 40. I was the only one in the restaurant and watch themprepare three to go orders while I waited. This place is run buy a bunch of little kids that don't know how to do their job right I'm younger than them but for some reason... smarter and more mature they didn't even try making my food on time there out there talking with their friends and vaping theseteenagers need to learn to actually do their job I was waiting for about what seems like an hour just for my food never cominghere again in my opinion these kids should be fired. Few weeks ago I did an online order, came to pick it up and had to wait about 30 minutes for order. On October 29th I put in an... online order at at 11 am for order to be picked up at 1:15. I came to pick up at 1:18, after got home opened the containers andwings were completely cold and not crispy at all. It seems they we?re sitting ready since I put my order in, fries were oversalted badly, ordered 1 large ranch and one large blue cheese, they put two blue cheese in there. This location used be verygood in past not sure what happened lately. Maybe employees need to smoke less weed behind the store and pay more attention ???? Read more
