Shift leader Samantha handled her crew very well. Wait time was longer than expected, food got handed out incorrectly and she... kept her composure when dealing with less-than-understanding customers. Ordered a sourdough sandwich, got a burger with two top buns and no grilled onion. Came back around for the right order,... received the same thing with two bottom buns. After much back and forth with the cashier she finally admitted that they're outof sourdough buns. When asked why they didn't tell us that she just sorta, stared blankly.
