Arvin location either has the phone disconnected or they choose to ignore it. I have tried 2 days in a row to call and order but... no answer. Not trying to wait around for 30 minutes. Read more
Had a Terrible experience called in for an order asked for a pineapple pizza and was told the wait would be thirty minutes I go... to pick up the pizza and waited an extra 10 minutes in line for the pizza only to be told there was no pineapple. On top of thatno one stays at the register so when someone else was trying to get helped he whistled keep in mind he could have yelled at theemployees which would have been less kind and the employee in the back yelled infront of other customers that if they dosomething like that make them wait another 10 minutes, if you don't want people whistling to get your attention you could justhave someone work the front. Called to order pizza about hour ago. Told it was going to be 30ms wait. Went 40ms later to pick up. Ask for my order and they... tell me they don't have the toppings for my pizza after wait an hour in line to ask for my order. Worst service ever. This location is a hit and miss. Honestly, it depends on the staff that is working there the day you go in. I have ordered pizza... and had great pizza and great service and there are times ( 2xs) when I've ordered pizza and showed up only to find out theorder was never made.... the crazy bread is a hit-and-miss also. Like I'm not kidding I've purchased stale crazy bread here Icould have sworn it was made a day ago and just reheated in the microwave and there are times when I've purchased good crazybread. So consumer beware. 8/3/19 UPDATE Honestly, I don't see this location getting any better. Last week the cashier Monicaliterally cussed at my family twice. The first time because they asked her to be a little nicer had to pay attention while theyplaced the order because she was too distracted talking to her friends in the back and playing on her phone. The second timewas because they decided to change the order by adding pineapple to a pizza seconds after it was placed. Always take quite a time! Like i still do my order by phone and its 25 min i pick up another 10-15 min!! Dont even have hot n... ready pizzas!! To be honest these employees need to learn how to work at a fast paste. I mean there good at taste but sometimessloppy at cutting them I'd liked a nice pizza like they will too Read more
