Food was cold again, customer service is always beyond rude and more then one thing almost always forgot. Didn't have kid's meals on their computer. Had to order at the kiosk. Didn't put toys in the kid's meals, had to go back and get... them. The staff was less than helpful. Read more

I usually don?t rate but when it?s always the same bad service I mean corporate should step in n fix it. Ordered thru the app i... gave the girl on the drive tru the number. She keep asking about the number I had to repeat myself 3 times. I specifically askedfor a frappe mocha and she keep saying caramel. They still got my order wrong they gave me the wrong chicken sandwich and a icedmocha and when I told her of the mistake she got a nasty attitude with me telling me NO u said this. Easy in and out. Intercom system is difficult to hear/understand employee and employee must have difficulty... hearing/understanding the order. Today employee asked 3 times if we were ordering a cheeseburger when we had explicitly statedwe were ordering a HAMBURGER and a soft drink of coke. After the third time we were asked if we ordered a cheeseburger and wereplied HAMBURGER, we were asked if we still wanted the soft drink, coke.
