This has to be the worst Taco Bell in Kern county. Far from waiting 25 minutes for my order then they get it wrong. Pic (1)... spicy potato taco, minus the potato. (2) dorito taco, minus meat just garnishes. This place is ran by high school kids, nomanager, no direction. Stay away from this establishment. The only reason I rated it one star is because I had to. Really disappointed by their customer service yesterday. Went through drive thru, ordered online. Took a long time to get... through 2 cars ahead of us. When it was our turn, they were mad at us because we has ordered potatoes and rice on the side froma cheesy gordita crunch and their system didn't state that it was on the side. Told us to order it on the side menu. Why was itat option on their system, on their tacos if we could not order it that way? The drive thru cashier saw us as an inconvenience.I miss the guys and gals that were there when they first opened. They seemed happy to be there, unlike this current cashier. Read more
The morning shift is terrible. They let you stand by the counter forever, never say anything and then when they out the order... out they don't call who it goes too so it sits and gets cold before you decide to ask. Had no customers yet still took them 20min to do 2 beef burritos from a mobile order.
Unknowledgeable, slow service they charge you for items you didn't order and or they'll charge you but won't put the items you... did order. They go by their own rules. Good luck talking to them about policies or how to properly conduct business. Read more
I never have problems with this location. It's actually the only one I like. However, today my toddler was eating a breakfast... burrito and began to choke. I found this large piece of plastic bag in his mouth from inside the burrito. Just be careful!Accidents do happen! Read more
Well I've purchased food here several times in a pinch, but never often because it's okay. It's never the first choice, it's... more of a change of pace because it's never up to quality standards. The food seems like it's thrown together for the most part.I should have taken a picture of the item I had today. It fell well short of expectations even by the simplest measures.
