Had the pleasure of being served by a nice young man , he smiled when he acknowledged me didn?t keep me waiting and moved the... line quickly along and got me my drink faster than I expected considering it was crowded and I made it to work on time when Iexpected to be late because I stopped in to get a coffee and 2 dozen donuts for my coworkers . Went through the drive thru and asked for the egg bites, the girl told me "we aren't doing any food today because there are only... two of us here". Okay, I get that, but every single time I've been here there's some reason they are refusing to make food?Weird. So I ordered a small cold brew with cold foam. I get to the window and they charge me $6. I asked why a small coffee isthat expensive and another girl came to the window and realized I had been charged for the egg bites that I was not going to begiven. The first girl says "well it's just two dollars, it's not that serious". She was very nasty even when the second girltold her it actually IS serious because that's my money and I'm being over charged. After all that, my coffee was still wrongand gross. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would - ordered 4 drinks and a sandwich and egg bites about a half hour before getting there. Try... to go inside all the doors are locked. Go though the drive thru and wait another 10 minutes at the window, get all 4 drinksthen a minute or 2 later told that they don't have either of the food items we ordered so asked for a credit back and then wastold since the order was in the app we couldn't get a refund. Avoid!! HEALTH DEPARTMENT BEWARE!! My wife, who?s expecting, ordered from drive thru, and the person making the food, was eating... bacon while making and serving the food. Management was made aware, and had no interest or care. They were un phased and did notcare any one bit. She gets very nauseous from the smell or look at bacon and vomited shortly after! Read more
I was refused service today because, and I quote: ?There?s a lot going on and I am here by myself.? There was no one (except... me) inside the restaurant and no cars in line at the drive through. There was an (apparently) homeless man standing by thedrive thru order screen, but no cars. After the young woman informed me she wasn?t serving me, she turned and walked to theback of the restaurant. Read more
Spent 25 minutes in drive thru this morning and there was a homeless man harassing people in the line. The man working at the... drive through this morning was clearly high or hungover and incredibly nasty. Have had poor experiences here prior to this but ithink this is my last time and I?ll find another Dunkin on my way to work. Read more
The people here look like they hate their jobs and gave the worst attitudes I have ever experienced. I had to repeat my order to... them several times. The guy at the register was sucking his teeth and giving me dirty looks every time I ordered. Seriouslydisappointed with the service. Read more
Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2 bagels. Only 2 ladies working and 1 was constantly on her phone the entire time when... there was a long line of cars waiting for their food. I don?t advise you to go to this location if you?re in a rush or don?tfeel like waiting forever!!! My brother went inside and waited in line for 10 minutes and his order was never taken. Read more
