Very bad we waited for 10 minutes because they told us and we were deciding to leave or not Edit: So we ordered our food and... they were very unprepared so We just sat there for a while doing NOTHING! Waited 23 minutes for product in an empty store only to be told "they were out" after asking about order three times.
Usually ordering here is fine, but today there was a woman with attitude who was unorganized, messy, and slow. She got orders... wrong and at some point there was a huge backup because of her. I've been waiting for like half an hour now and I am stillwaiting. Read more
If I could give this place no stars I would. I was doordashing in the area when I first walked in the girl behind the counter... was helping two other customers that were together which was fine. I noticed there were two other guys that were part of thestaff one was behind the counter throwing away donuts the other was sitting down on a table on his phone. I waited about 15minutes for the girl to be done and finally helped me as the one that was sitting never asked if I needed help and the other onethat was trashing the donuts proceeded to sit down and get on his laptop instead of asking if I needed help. I make her awarethat I am picking up two doordash orders she tells me that she didn't receive any orders but if I could tell her what they wereshe could make it. I tell her one order she prepares it and for the other they were out of what the customer wanted. I proceedto ask if she would get in trouble if I took the order being she never received them. She states she won't that the orders wouldcome through eventually but that their tablet for doordash orders was dead and just needed to be charged for the orders to comein. Which in my head I'm thinking isn't this your job to make sure this is always charged and on but apparently not. The storelooked dirty and unattended as if the employees could care less about it. They were out of a lot of things including donuts yetthey were being trashed. Not to count they couldn't even place the right donuts in their right place hence the photo attached.This had to be one of the worse services I have encountered while doordashing in Asbury Park. Dunkin Donuts you gotta do betterin this location or you will continue to see these bad reviews which I'm not shocked there are so many. Read more
