A friend & I eat at McD's on Main St near Sunset Ave often. We love that no matter what time it is, there's something going on... that makes us happy we pulled up. Summer of 2022 has been a HOT one~So it's ALL about Frozen Mango Pineapple Smoothies~ Lastsummer we'd usually do the McFlurries on the reg, but James def strengthened his Smoothie Skills in '22. McDonald's Main St. Asbury Park, NJ August 2022 The drive through had a long line, we opted to go in and eat there. I believe... this place is one of the original McDonald's. It was definitely a throw back from when i was a kid . Unfortunately, It endsthere. The hand sanitizer was empty, the wipes were like sandpaper. After we placed our order. I couldn't help but notice theplace was fested with Flies. Approximately, 20 to 30 of those biting green head flies. The display case with the cookies???? Must have had 5 of them sitting on the cookies ????. The manager was inappropriately dressed, she did a lot if yelling, Where's the cook !!? He always disappears. Maybe the flies beamed him up???? My take away from this is, always go in to anyplace when ordering food. If it's clean, do a drive through. One never knows what you might discover . This questionnaire leftout the options run like the building is on fire ???? or call the board of health. HEY MCDONALD'S , THIS PLACE NEED ACOMPLETE KNOCK DOWN. ALONG WITH A NEW STAFF ! This is my new favorite McDonald?s in the entire state of New Jersey. In addition to having the friendliest staff, this super... tiny store is one of the cleanest I?ve ever visited. They handled my special request (check out that kickass Triple Stack) witha smile. I even got to chat with the manager who gave me some great 411 about the store and its operation. Horrible customer service. Cashier had an attitude. I ordered a choc shake & they don't use choc ice cream anymore. Didn't even... taste like ice cream. I want my money back. Read more
