Top tier Asbury Park. Great cocktails and food. The eggplant fries are amazing. I've never seen that before - eggplant is mushy... but not here. An exemplary duck. For the quality of food the portions are generous. The service is near fine dining Manhattanlevel. The ground floor bar experience is similar to an expensive old school hotel. The menu is a bit boring but everything wasdelicious. Hands down the best meal and best service I've ever had in Asbury Park. Highly recommended. Read more

Great service. We had a lovely server. Food was very good and prices were very reasonable. We had the rack of lamb with mash... potatoes and baked seafood with burre balance sauce. The only thing was the dinner roll could have been heated up and thevegetable was too raw. Read more
Super attentive service, very nicely kept restaurant in a historical building. I watched my server greet a lot of his local... regulars really warmly, and his team were very efficient keeping things running. At one point the table adjacent to mine, thedad had to take their kid potty right after the food came out, and they immediately came over to cover it. The food was reallydelicious and well presented, and the mixed drinks (Singapore) were perfectly matched with the weather and the food! We willdefinitely come back next time we're in the area. Chose here on my birthday visit to Asbury Park, and was not disappointed. Food was great, drinks nice, staff very nice and... professional. They seemed to be happy to be there, and have tried menu items, so had confidence in recommending menu items tous. The pan baked chicken, and shrimp and scallops were great, and scallops are not east to pull off right! My only 4/5 was theinterior decor because it wasn't as updated or pretty as the outside of the building. Was nice and comfortable, & would notstop me from going again, but could just use a freshening up. I'd go here before any of the other places right on the ocean,because the food in the end, comfort, and service is what matters. You don't need to pay for a view, you can walk the boardwalkafter!
