Good food , shame they changed the coffee. Now I have to go to McDonald's for the original Tim's coffee.
My boyfriend and I made a stop to this Tim Hortons during a road trip. We were disgusted at the service we received at the drive... thru. I was In the passenger seat and my boyfriend was driving. He began ordering his food in English, he is from the US anddoes not speak French and he assumed the lady working at the drive thru was bilingual. She was not. She was struggling so Ibegan saying both our orders in French I began saying both our orders in French. I thought everything was ok, when out ofnowhere a different worker, seemed like an older woman, started speaking to us. She scolded me for not speaking French to herin the first place, accused me of making her employee's job harder and was overall extremely rude and aggressive. I was soembarrassed I was speechless, I told my boyfriend to turn around and leave the drive thru. We went to a nearby Subway instead.You might want to advise the lady at this franchise to lose the attitude. It was an innocent mistake on my behalf, neverthelessemployees should be bilingual since Canada is a bilingual nation, there is absolutely no excuse for the way she treated us and Iwill never return to this Tim Hortons and this left a very bitter taste to us. The worst tim hortons i've ever been to! We have a cottage up in ChartierVille so we stop at it on our way, we always give them... 2nd chances and stop but that's it! Today i got a strawberry watermelon refresher and it tasted so bad, im guessing one of theingredients is out of date. Plus, They always mess up the order in something ALWAYS! Read more
