Alright so I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for many many years and quite frankly it is hit or miss for me. However,... lately, when I order an iced caramel latte with whole milk, the latte tastes like "coffee water". I usually get mine withcaramel and whole milk and I just can't taste anything. I pray and hope it will taste good but it usually doesn't, which makesme sad because the Ascutney dd is the most convenient place to get coffee. I have also experienced the latte tasting simplyawful, tasting as if the the milk in it has gone bad. I am not sure how else to describe it but sour milk tasting. I do no meanto write a bad review but maybe the milk dispensers need to be changed more or cleaned better and perhaps the espresso machineneeds to be changed/ cleaned more often as well. I am not sure what the problem is. There are some days, rare, that my lattetastes amazing!!! But other days it's mediocre at best. I will say that the service overall is good. The people working thereare very nice, every changing, but professional and personable. I will continue to go there ( not all the time but sometimes)and hope for the best. Read more
I just went to Dunkin and ilitteretly told them to make a large hot and large ice coffee Suger melted I took a sip of the ice... coffee and I got mouth full of Suger and then they handed me a ice coffee when it was supposed to be a large and still I hadthem remake the coffee and they handed back the door ce coffee again mouth full of Suger I used to work here along time ago Iknow how to make coffee never got complaints it's not that hard. I ordered four drinks. My coffee was horrible. It barely had any flavor. The coolatas were bad too. Very sour, but somehow... lacked flavor. I was warned not to go there but it?s the closest one. At least the staff was very nice. Read more
