If you hate your job that much? please just quit. The people working are just plain out hateful acting. Staff was very rude and... unprofessional, just flat out lazy. Elderly people were trying to order at the register and they were refused and made to usethe kiosk when they don?t know how to work it. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru just to place my order. Then another 5 minutes sitting at the speaker to place the order. Once I... placed it I sat another 5 minutes before and still hadn't moved. Yesterday night came through the drive through ordered 2 quarter pounder meals both were completely raw inside . I was sick to... my stomach all night & had to see a doctor due to being pregnant & eating raw meat . The manager showed some type of empathyalthough who ever the staff was were heard in the background with attitudes about my messed up order. Will be filing a corporatecomplaint. Read more
The food was McDonald's all I can say about that. We sat in a long drive thru that had 2 boxes. We sat at ours while the order... was taken at the other one. Waited to give our order then listened as she took the order of the next car that pulled upon theother side????????????. We finally were able to place our order. We got to the window to receive our food the woman was veryrude slamming the window in our face before we could ask for anything once the window was opened she again slammed it withoutletting us finish what we needed which where napkins since they gave none and we had our 3 year old grandson with us the onlyreason we stopped here to begin with and an extra bag and honey mustard for the fries. Food was very fresh and even brought to our table had breakfast and the hash browns were the perfect temperature. I personally... feel they were very friendly as well and didn't deserve to be yelled at by a customer at all. The employees kept their cool andremained friendly to all customers while this lady screamed profanity about her order not being there as she said she apparentlyordered ahead on her phone but didn't have a receipt to prove that she paid for the order ahead of time it showed that sheselected pay upon pick up which means they do not complete the order until payment. But anyways I just wanted to say thank youfor your friendly service under such a stressful situation. Read more
