In my past experience, restaurant's with the name "Grill" tend to be a diner (both in service and food) in disguise. I was... pleasantly surprised when eating here with my family. The food was great. The chicken, steaks, and fish were all cooked well(AKA not overcooked and dry). The restaurant was busy but not service wasn't compromised. We had a server who seemed to be newbut the managers constantly checked in on us to make sure everything was great. We sat indoors but the outdoor seating lookedpicturesque. This place knocks it outside of the park (on a Wednesday night at that!) My wife and I ordered the bruschetta for our appetizer.... Genius execution (allowing for customer to spread toppings on bread so it isn?t soggy!) and the flavors were both sweet andsavory making for a delicious bite with the buttery crispy French bread. I ordered the BBQ chicken and the beans they providewere so smokey and flavorful. The chicken was moist and the cheese/ham on top did not overpower the chicken. Delicious American fair especially their fillet. Wonderful seafood choices including a wonderful lobster sandwich.
I enjoyed the best working lunch yesterday- finger lickin' great smoked chipotle wings that fell off the bone, and Mac n cheese... with ham that made my eyes roll back in my head. Perfectly paired with a Pama-tini (this woman can't live on wine alone!) andclassic rock, it was truly fantastic and I look forward to heading back there with friends soon, service was excellent,atmosphere clean and inviting, awesome place to hang! Blue Ridge Grill is now my new goto spot. Went there for the first time last night and my experience was awesome. Our waiter was... extremely kind and attentive. And the food was above and beyond. Had a little bit of a problem at first when our party was forced to be split up at two different tables, we had a reservation... made well in advance, but the staff made it right and was able to seat us all together after a brief wait in the bar area wherewe started with drinks and appetizers. After that, everything was fine. Food and drinks were excellent. Steaks were cookedperfectly. Portions were more than enough, with some people taking some home. Desserts were good as well. Read more
