The older Hispanic woman (sorry I?m only putting these physical identifiers as I didn?t catch her name which is my fault) at the... cash register on Monday 22 August 2022 at 1:50pm was rude and acted like I was from outer space when I asked for a hot coffee(which is on the menu as a non-breakfast item). The other employee offered to make another pot but the woman at the registersaid not to do that and said I can?t get hot coffee. I would absolutely not have minded waiting for a cup of coffee and thecheap price of making a pot of coffee for the price the cup of coffee would have cost me would have been financially beneficialfor them. Nice, clean store... probably one of the cleanest BKs I've been to. Helpful, caring staff also.
I used the drive thru. Was not able to order online until they opened at 6am. Order was correct. They included 3 creams and 2... Splenda for the coffee, which is OK. But McDo puts it in the coffee for you. So I had to stop and prep the coffee beforedriving. Read more

This has to be the slowest drive-thru in all of Ashburn. Plan for each car in line to take 4-5 minutes. I spent 25 minutes in... the drive-thru just to pickup a mobile order I placed ahead of time. Don't waste your time ordering/eating here if you don'twant to spend 15-30 minutes in line in your car. Plenty of other options available in the same location, such as McDonalds orPopeye's with MUCH faster service. The wait here is unacceptable. Read more
