The older Hispanic woman (sorry I?m only putting these physical identifiers as I didn?t catch her name which is my fault) at the... cash register on Monday 22 August 2022 at 1:50pm was rude and acted like I was from outer space when I asked for a hot coffee(which is on the menu as a non-breakfast item). The other employee offered to make another pot but the woman at the registersaid not to do that and said I can?t get hot coffee. I would absolutely not have minded waiting for a cup of coffee and thecheap price of making a pot of coffee for the price the cup of coffee would have cost me would have been financially beneficialfor them. I went in during a very busy lunch time today and it was clear the store was understaffed. The workers were efficient and really... moving fast to keep everyone happy and fed. Especially the lady working the drive thru, she was working hard but still kept asmile on her face! Read more

I used the drive thru. Was not able to order online until they opened at 6am. Order was correct. They included 3 creams and 2... Splenda for the coffee, which is OK. But McDo puts it in the coffee for you. So I had to stop and prep the coffee beforedriving. Read more
My husband and I went to this Burger King for lunch yesterday. I ordered the chicken fries with sweet and sour sauce. When I got... the sauce it felt really light to me. And when I opened it, it was just about empty. I ended up just throwing the sauce awaybecause I didn?t trust it. I wasn?t sure if someone might of messed around with it and sealed it back up or if someone at themanufacture company was just being lazy. Either way I was not taking that chance. Read more
I think this BK is just circling the drain and isn't busy enough to keep fresh food prepared. I love BK (when it is properly... prepared) but this place always blows it when I give them another chance. The meat is always cold. The bread is ALWAYS stale andcrumbly. The food preparation is careless and haphazard. I got a chicken sandwich the other day and it had one, tiny, wiltedlettuce leaf on it, almost like I was being pranked somehow. To add insult to injury, BKs in this area are CRAZY expensive.Whatever discretion they have to raise prices they definitely jump on. There is a McD next door that is always super busy, butnever anyone at this BK. It's a real shame, because I do prefer the food, but if you are going to charge me Five Guys prices forsloppy work, cold meat and stale buns, why would I not just go to Five Guys and have none of those problems? Ordered Burger King Ch'king chicken sandwich in the drive thru for lunch. Luckily, waited until I got home to eat it and found... major mold on the bun. Surprise! Returned to Burger King and show it to the manager. Her response was " would you like me tomake another sandwich". My reply No! because it may be from the same batch of buns. She replied sorry we do not do refunds ( noteven to mention my gas to return the sandwich). I was disappointed with the offer and resolution. How many other customers hadmold on their sandwiches. I bet at least a dozen or more. Check your sandwich! So scratch the Burger King Ch'king and futurestops off my list for lunch. This has to be the slowest drive-thru in all of Ashburn. Plan for each car in line to take 4-5 minutes. I spent 25 minutes in... the drive-thru just to pickup a mobile order I placed ahead of time. Don't waste your time ordering/eating here if you don'twant to spend 15-30 minutes in line in your car. Plenty of other options available in the same location, such as McDonalds orPopeye's with MUCH faster service. The wait here is unacceptable. Read more
