Unfortunately hit or miss like most burger kings. Sometimes super fresh, others, stale old bread and burgers. As others have... said, it was fantastic the first few months. Must have had the a team on. After that, they hired people that barelyspeak/understand the English language and are very inconsistent with the quality of the the food. Read more

Wrong Operating hours. They say online to be open until 12:00am. I got there at 10:05pm and the cashier in the drive thru tells... me they were close. Can you please update the hours of operation so we don\'t bother to stop by. Read more
The staff is very nice very friendly. However they are still learning. They\'re very slow. Yes your food will be hot and fresh... but did not might not be made the way you ask for it. I have had a couple of issues of not getting the correct order. But againthe store just opened not too long ago and they\'re still in training prayerfully it will get better. Read more
When this location first opened, it was great service and food. After about 2 months this place quickly went downhill. They... constantly get orders wrong, they have an \"I don\'t care\" attitude.\n\nThis morning, no one showed up for work. They areSUPPOSED to open at 06:30 AM and I waited for 10 minutes between drive-thru and even trying to knock on the door as they werelocked up. There was a car there, but no one in sight from what Icould see thru the windows.\n\nAdditionally, I found outtoday that there is a significant price gouging going on at this location. All the other BK\'s in the area have their productsabout 50 cents + cheaper than this location. For example, a Egg & Cheese Croissan\'wich at this location is $4.19 while theAsshburn Village location 3 miles down the road is only $2.89. Could be this franchise in general, but no 100% sure onthat.\n\nLastly, ALWAYS check if they get your order right at this location now. I order a Whopper w/ Cheese no onions andreceived a Double Whopper w/ Cheese extra onion instead even though the receipt showed what I order. For those who haveallergies, ALWAYS verify. I also ordered a Rodeo Cheeseburger recently and they put a small dab of BBQ sauce on the burgerinstead of a slight squeeze that lightly covers the bun like other locations. This is probably the most fancy and cleanest Burger King that I?ve been to in Northern Virginia. The foods is delicious and the... staff are very drier and helpful. I would even consider this a great place for a date. Read more
Like any other Burger King but this one always empty so you get fast service. Chips are decent. Burgers decent. Ice cream... decent. Not much else to say. Read more
