If you think a veggie burrito is supposed to be 70% rice, 20% beans and 10% veggies, this is your lucky spot! No flavors of any... kind to think of, it is basically a ball of rice wrapped in a tortilla, that is all there was to it. So called farm freshveggies were MIA. I do not recommend this location. My southwest salad had clear plastic bag piece mixed in with my takeout salad order. See... photo. I was shocked and appalled when i discovered it while eating the salad. I immediately called the restaurant to let themknow about my experience and was told to report it on my next visit to the restaurant. I strongly informed them that i willnever return to the location and that my call was to notify them of the unacceptable service in hope that they will makeappropriate corrections. Read more
It was my first time eating there and I LOVED IT! The Cuban bowl is sooooo good (limited time)! The fried plantains and de mango... salsa is insane!!! I never imagined to find a place with "patacones" in a rice bowl! The best part of my experience was when Ifound an untypical wall WITH MORE THAN 70 DIFFERENT TYPES OF SPICY SAUCES!!! from now and forever will be my favorite place! Read more
This place gives you food from the refrigerator . It?s cold food served. You go out to eat good food. The kids menu was served... without black beans:( When you tell them that - you don?t want it they just tell you ok - that?s how it?s supposed to be anddon?t even have the courtesy to even ask if you wanted something else. The lady over there was plain rude. The service is badand they are not polite at all .Very rude staff. California tortilla sorry - this will be my last time to come here . Super white-person Mexican food, and not in a good way. As in, the queso tastes like Velveeta, the chicken tastes like plain... canned chicken with bagged sauce, the beef is tasteless even though it smells smokey, and the pico is flavorless. The tortillasfeel and taste like they came out of a bag off the grocery store shelf. No offense to the cook, but I think this chain has gotit wrong. Read more
