I ordered a Large Kale Crunch side. Order Number 6610047 at 9/3/2022 at 11:16:39 AM. I think they put half of a small in the... large container. That is ridiculous. Update: I called and they made it more that better. They care when they make a mistake.Just check your order before you leave the drive through. Read more

The worst worst Chick-fil-A experience I have ever had . I stop here to get food during my lunch break. only to find a maggot in... my chicken sandwich when I took a bite of it . I then went back inside to talk to the manger. He did not offer me a refund instead he offered me another sandwich and had a attitude about it . Of course I said no then he said he doesn?t believe meafter I showed him pictures. Another customer ask me what was going on so I told them In hope that the same thing doesn?t happento them. As far as fast food chicken is concerned, there is none better. You just can't beat the service, atmosphere, speed, and (most... importantly) quality of food. Nuggets, fries, strips, sandwiches, lemonade, tea all topnotch. And the price super fair. Read more
Located so close to Us and yet the first time we have visited this location. Usually I go to the location in Reston. We felt... like a good spicy chicken sandwich so ordered. Disappointed that just told us it had lettuce but none was there . Slickchucked good but better with lettuce or tomato. French fries great and AJ was the lemonade. Daughter and I went for lunch on Sunday. Very busy but the line was moving smoothly. Cashier got the order for 4 sandwiches... correct the first time. You could tell he had good listening skills. It only took 2 minutes to hand it off to me. It wascarry out and still warm when got home. That spicy Delux is my favorite. Read more
